16-3 the Resort Family Apartment with Pool View ★★★
"I liked the location, the infrastructure, and the apartment’s equipment. The apartment has central air conditioning, an electric water heater, good furniture, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The complex offers a café, a gym, a spa, and several outdoor pools. The location is convenient. However, the experience was significantly spoiled by noise and service issues. There is a construction site nearby: noisy work runs from 09:00 to 16:00. Garden maintenance starts as early as 08:00 — including lawn mowing, which is loud and bothersome in the morning. Breakfast on the open terrace wasn’t private enough. The cleaning was superficial: the windows were dirty, and the kitchen cabinets hadn’t been wiped down. One of the shower drains was clogged. I’d also like to highlight the lack of communication: we contacted the manager twice, but never got a response. The questions weren’t critical, but the complete absence of feedback was disappointing."
