"I would like to summarize the question of how to understand that a hotel is good; When I first arrived at Navona Hotel, I was first greeted by the smiling and warm welcome of the bellboy. Then the same warmth and sincere greeting at the reception and again a smile, when I went up to my room, the perception of quality, which I cannot find in most city hotels or even 5-star hotels, spaciousness, comfort and of course hygiene perception, clean bathroom and a large room. Breakfast, in my opinion, is adorned with rich Mediterranean breezes and more, and the desired extra requests (special menemen or omelet varieties etc.) are met immediately, again a smiling welcome. In fact, the hotel deserves 5 stars from me, especially with its staff and management. Thank you Navona Hotel family, for making me feel at home and making my travel easier."

"We checked into the facility yesterday around 10 am. Even though the room wasn't ready, we thought we'd change in the changing room and use the pool. My wife and I had a snack before arriving at the hotel, but I couldn't get my youngest daughter (4 years old) to eat anything. Even though we said we would only use the pool to feed the child, they said it was a charge. Since it was a child, we agreed, reluctantly, so she wouldn't go hungry. My daughter didn't want to eat anything. She didn't even eat a single pastry properly. In short, we were charged an extra 2000-3000 TL on top of our accommodation fee. We chose this hotel because we had stayed there before and were satisfied. We felt at home then and recommended it to all our acquaintances. We loved it so much. But now it seems something has changed. We had such a negative impression as soon as we entered, and despite our requests for a child's pool, we felt completely treated unfairly. Even small businesses prioritize guest satisfaction. I understand the hotel needs to protect its interests, but I think requests for a child's pool shouldn't be turned down. Every family's priority is their child. As I said, it wouldn't have been a problem if she had eaten, but the price was high even though she didn't eat anything. The service and the price charged for the child didn't make sense to me. For this reason, I was not satisfied. We will not choose this place again. Merve Güçlü"

"The hotel is on a busy street with lots of shops but not too busy to drive in and out of the hotel. We could walk to restaurants, Small supermarkets, stores, banks, pharmacies, and the seaside walk from the hotel. While the building is a little older, the amenities were very well maintained and updated. Elevators, bathrooms, AIR CONDITIONING, the pool, etc were all in very good conditions. The staff were most amazing, courteous, and very helpful. The breakfast services is an experience not to be missed. If you did not like anything about the hotel, you will forget about when you show up for the breakfast (cost was included in our room price.) I did not have energy to use exercise facility (hot, lots of walking, other things to do..) but I did not see or read about one in the hotel. The pool was nice and scarcely used. If you must have a gym then go with another hotel, otherwise stick with this one. You won’t regret it."
