"I originally booked an apartment in Aktau, but it had an incredibly uncomfortable mattress and old pillows. I had to urgently find new accommodation. In the end, I booked this hotel and regretted not doing so from the start. The hotel is located in the city center. It's clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff are friendly. We received a free room upgrade, which was a very pleasant surprise. The room is large, clean, and has everything you need. The mattress and pillows here are excellent and comfortable. The bed, however, is a bit narrow for two, but it's not a major issue. Housekeeping is done daily. The breakfasts are also good, with a decent selection. The hotel also has an excellent restaurant with reasonable prices. We ordered room service in the evenings — the food was delicious. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel in Aktau!"

"I stayed there for a night before my multi-day tour for Mangystau and then again for 2 nights after the tour. The location of the hotel is very good and the rooms are clean. They have everything you might need. I had almost all my meals at the restaurant too. They have many vegetarian choices and the food is delicious. The staff all across the hotel was very polite and helpful. If I'm not wrong, all rooms have a view too. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"It was a very clean hotel. The staff spoke English, so communication was not a problem. My room was on the third floor, and there was a water dispenser next to the elevator on my floor, and I was told I could drink the water from there, so I had no trouble getting enough water, even for breakfast. Amenities were provided, but there was no tissue, so I used toilet paper instead. They also held my luggage after check-out, so I had no problems at all. It was a wonderful hotel."

"The breakfast was good and the restaurant was facing the Caspian Sea, which was very pleasant. The front desk staff was warm and helped contact the surrounding tour of Aktao, and the scenery was spectacular."
