"I stayed here pre-cruise one night. It is 15 minute walk from train station to the hotel. When we arrived, one of the staff was there to greet us. It took awhile to find the apartment as Google maps shows location to the right of the clothing store but it is to the left. It was close to Trieste city centre but I did not get to explore as my cruise said it was departing from the industrial port but it was actually in city centre port. Positives of this apartment - quiet, clean (if a bit spartan). Staff was very nice and helpful - Alessandra helped us call a taxi when it was super busy on embarkation day. Areas of improvement - there is a small step in the bathroom so very easy to trip, my parents both tripped on this step. The bathroom has a mildew smell and could do with a makeover. Could also do with a fresh coat of paint. Wifi is spotty. And we had trouble with the door - locked ourselves out twice."

"Superb hotel located on the sea front, lovely to hear the waves in a quiet evening. Balcony room with sea view was spacious and relaxing. Very pleasant people running the hotel always with a smile. Breakfast was outstanding, the best I have ever seen in a hotel. 10 minutes easy walk from railway station, 20 mins from the historic town centre. Good choice of restaurants near hotel for the evenings including the Punta Lena just opposite the hotel"

"This is a lovely apartment with all the modern facilities you would expect. It is in a great location for visiting either old town or the beach. The host is exceptionally welcoming and generous and went out of his way to explain everything and we were lucky to have private parking available at the time of our stay. I would also like to mention and strongly recommend the Rickarola restaurant. The Pizzas are amazing the staff are so generous providing lots of extras for no charge and it has a wonderful friendly atmosphere. "

"I chose this Residence randomly because of the great location and I have to confirm that it was a great choice! The view is spectacular, the open sea and the Isola della Gallinara and everyone is amazing, starting from Management down to the Reception, the cleaning ladies, the maintenance guys, the life guard at the beach, the ladies at Breakfast and the food at the Bar Onda (and the cherry on the cake is the Babette Restaurant). Everything is done with love and care. Big thanks to everyone from my Mum and I!"
