"Pros: The hotel is new, with modern facilities, convenient parking, and a welcome fruit platter upon check-in. Cons: It's far from the old town, there are no nearby attractions, the room still has a lingering smell of renovation, and the soundproofing isn't great. PS: It took me over ten minutes to find my booking upon check-in, even though it was prepaid, the front desk still thought it was payable on delivery. I had this problem at two consecutive Ramada hotels, so it seems there's a system connection error between Ctrip and the hotel."

"We absolutely loved Yılmazhan Konağı!!!!. The best part of it are people who are running it: very welcoming and helpful. The place itself is beautiful—every detail feels thoughtful and cozy. Breakfast was perfect: fresh, delicious, and more than enough to start the day right. The location is very good—quiet and private, yet walking distance to everything we wanted to see. I highly recommend it!"

"I had a very disappointing experience at Konak Zeynep Hanim in Gaziantep. The service was extremely poor from the moment we arrived. The staff were unhelpful and showed no interest in resolving any issues. The room was in a terrible condition — dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly not properly cleaned before our arrival. This was especially unacceptable as I was traveling with my four-year-old grandson. What made the situation even worse was the staff’s response. When I complained about the condition of the room, they simply claimed that this was the type of room I had reserved, which is absolutely not true. Instead of offering a solution, they tried to shift the blame. Overall, a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone."
