"Hotel was lovely and staff were fantastic. We were half board for 7 nights and the menu didn't really change, food quality was good and service fantastic. also at the pool bar they ran out of a number of items including tiramisu. On asking staff they said it was near the end of season so they would not be restocking. I found this very poor service as would expect their standards to be the same for the full season. They even ran out of bottled beer on the last night and only had gluten free beer. Pool was lovely and room (suite)was very nice however the strangest thing was they had a kettle but there was no electric point near to it and as the room had 2 different electric sockets we had to plug it in in the bathroom. The bathroom and shower was very large and high end and comfortable bed."

"4 star hotel and you deserve it! Internally beautiful and welcoming. Externally, greater care is needed for the spaces. The elegant restaurant but above all quality and well cooked products. The staff are all friendly and helpful but the pearl is Mr. Giovanni. Thank you so much for all the information and directions that made our holiday fun...."
