"Excellent stay and superb service Very easy to book and the phone support was friendly and helpful with room configuration and some special requests Easily located resort about an hour from Innsbruck. The bus stop to get to the ski lifts is located about 2 mins walk from the front of the hotel. Make sure you check the timetable as the buses can be busy in the morning and afternoon peaks They have a spacious ski room you can access from the street Panorama room with a sofa bed. Lovely views and has a balcony with seating. Modern style, relatively spacious and well set up with lots of power sockets, fridge and tv. Nice walk in shower Restaurant catered well for gluten free. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold options. Evening is a set menu where you choose from options. Tasty food and could be made gf. We didn’t have opportunity to use spa, pool or gym or sample other of the activities the hotel lays on. Very recommended and will definitely come back again in summer or winter"

"Have just returned from a weeks holiday staying at this lovely hotel (Inghams customers). didn’t want to leave! The staff here are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast buffet is excellent, the evening menu is good, choice for the main course is taken in the morning at breakfast, portion sizes varied, couldn’t fault the service and good wine list. Our room was a good size and spotless, very comfy beds Just a couple of things to mention. A kettle in the room would have been useful, also storage…. no drawers. Only a few coat hangers in the wardrobe, I requested some more and that was no problem. We enjoyed the swimming pool and spa, particularly the steam room, great after a day’s walking! A brilliant stay , looking forward to returning and will be highly recommending"

"The Galtenberg Resort has earned its name as a first-class family hotel. The children are the focus. Thanks to a diverse and extensive range of leisure activities, even rainy days can be survived without a care in the world. A backpack, a bathing bag, bathrobes and an umbrella are just a few things that show how much the guest's well-being is the priority. The sophisticated pampering program for parents leaves nothing to be desired and allows for pure relaxation. A particular highlight from the varied activity program was the torchlight hike with the boss. The staff are warm, friendly, helpful and take excellent care of the well-being of their guests. The buffet was sophisticated, varied and extremely delicious from morning to evening. We had booked the multi-course evening menu and were treated to the most delicious dishes that were sophisticatedly prepared every day. Our stay was wonderful despite the rainy days. Inneralpbach is very conveniently located. The Alpbachtal Card, which the hotel issues to its guests, allows free rides on individual cable cars and the use of public transport. We can warmly recommend your holiday at the Galtenberg Resort."

We were looked after as soon as we stepped up to Reception. Our Room was wonderful and had everything we could need with beautiful views of the valley and overlooking the wonderful quiet garden. A personal greeting from the Duftner family made us immediately feel at home again. In the past we have said that the hotel is perfect and every year we repeat the same words..."
