"A welcome that truly deserves the name My stay at the Zest Hotel Ambon was only a short one, but it was a genuinely pleasant experience. From the moment I entered the hotel, I had a very positive impression: bright, friendly, modern and inviting, with plenty of natural light and a very pleasant atmosphere. I would especially like to mention the warm welcome from CENY at the reception. The check-in was not only professional and efficient, but above all exceptionally friendly. From the very first moment, I felt truly welcome. My room was very nice, extremely clean and well maintained. The bathroom with shower and hot water was also perfectly comfortable. The restaurant in the lobby serves excellent food, so there is really no need to leave the hotel if you simply want to enjoy a good meal in the evening. A special thank you once again goes to CENY. I had to check out very early, at 4:30 a.m., and she made sure that a takeaway breakfast was prepared for me. And this was not just a simple breakfast bag put together without much thought. It was genuinely delicious, and I later enjoyed it at Ambon Airport as a very pleasant early morning breakfast. It may sound like a small gesture, but these are exactly the little things a guest remembers. Right next to the Zest Hotel there is also the small DRIPCLUB Coffee/Café, which fits perfectly with the relaxed atmosphere of the area. Very friendly service, delicious mocktails and cakes, as well as a small but carefully selected menu. A lovely place for a coffee, a drink or simply to relax at the end of the day. The Swiss-Belhotel International Group can be proud to have staff members like CENY: warm, attentive and truly customer-oriented. She showed exactly what good hospitality should feel like. CENY – thank you very much for your wonderful welcome and your attentiveness. A reception that truly deserves the name. I felt very comfortable at the Zest Hotel Ambon and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended."
