"Avoid at ALL costs !! Booked 4 nights. The Flight was delayed and got in after the 20:00 check in time. Was not allowed to check in late or even the day after. Did not refund any of the booking fee. Was not understanding at all and I found the replies to be quite rude. I have never written a negative review before and I do hope that I never have to do so again. Poor customer care. Makes up policies as they go along. No regards for a customer. If I could score ZERO I would and still feel that I have been generous. Do NOT book here …….."

"I would not recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Their communication was extremely poor even though we had someone who could speak fluent Italian with us. They quoted us a different room cost and then on the day we were leaving refused to honour that cost, implying that we had misunderstood what they had said - despite the proof we have that shows otherwise. The reception staff and bar staff were extremely rude, and multiple times pretended they didn’t understand us. For the eye watering price we expected so much better, but I’ve had better experiences at a no-star Holiday Inn."

"Beautiful historic hotel steps from the Adriatic Sea. Classy, comfortable and air conditioned rooms. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the 2 lovely restaurants. The only thing was their menu is all fish, which is strange since not everyone can eat fish. So, if you want meat or are vegetarian, you have to request that at the reception. I find it strange that they don’t offer more option. Lots of parking. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel. "

"Good location with good view. The breakfast is nice coffee is excellent. The pool is very pleasent and brand new. The room in the ground floor is nice but a bit dark the bed mattress should have been better. We missed having something to eat or drink during the day (wine cooler, some snacks). All in all it was great for the price."

"Hotel is beautifull, and the place around it is amazing. I dont mind oldschool furniture, but holes in the wall and missing molding is a little too much. Didnt also like that they charge coperto of 5€ for dinner to the hotel guests. Also the staff could put on a smile once in a while."
