"The B&B's location is excellent, just steps from the center, but other things would be in order. I'd start by changing the B&B's name: "Room with a View." You expect a beautiful view, like the sea, but... there are only buildings and you can just glimpse the main street of the city center. The mattresses should be changed because they're as thin as those on camp beds. They're uncomfortable because, at least on my bed, one mattress was higher, so there was a difference in height. The breakfast was poor, with low-quality products. Snacks from unknown brands, open cornflakes, unhygienic. Biscuits placed in a tin container without a wrapper, unhygienic. In fact, I've always had breakfast at the bar. More maintenance is needed everywhere. Above all, please be aware that the apartment is made up of 4/5 rooms occupied by different tenants with shared bathrooms. If I had known this immediately when booking, I wouldn't have stayed. I paid in cash without a receipt; in fact, I'm still waiting to receive one even though I left my email address. So, the cost is excessive. If the necessary changes were made, it would be better."

"We are still on our way back and before we get caught up in the usual routine we must absolutely thank Natacha and her mother for allowing us to spend two nights of the most exquisite hospitality. Everything that can be seen from the site corresponds to reality. Place with attention to detail, cleanliness rated ten with praise. Breakfast served in the garden with everything you want from savory to sweet. In short, you are pampered from start to finish. Obviously the wonder of this place is completed by the landscape context where it is located. Isolated and quiet place but close to the villages and beaches of the Conero and also for this reason the owners' advice is an extra element. Thanks to these two wonderful women. A place we will return to."

"Fantastic retreat: Quiet, beautiful grounds, beautiful vistas, amazing beaches nearby, and truly wonderful staff. Ensconced in the hill country above and safely separated from the bustle of Ancona. The staff were very engaged and helpful, especially the manager, Andrea, who saved our trip by working his magic to find us a taxi to Ancona on the night of a big (30K people) Pinguini Tattici Nucleari concert. Absolutely gorgeous sunrises, with the vista over a cliff into the Adriatic, and over a beautiful beach. Pool is large. Breakfasts had a large selection; and again, staff were very officious and working hard to please the guests."

"Wonderful! we loved our stay at this hotel. It is nestled in the national park and the trees mitigate the heat. The hotel provides a shuttle to and from the beach but it was a short walk. We intended to be adventurous and try different restaurants for dinner but it was just too risky as the hotel served delicious dinners every evening and cater well for those with Coeliacs. we already miss it and hope to return"
