"The most unsatisfactory issue was printing! This is the only hotel I've ever stayed in that charges for printing documents, and it's a dollar per page! Hilarious. I asked the front desk if I could print, and they said yes. They didn't inform me beforehand that it was self-service printing and required payment. Turning on the machine – waiting for it to respond – scanning the code – figuring out how to upload the documents… all that trouble, and I had to pay first!!! If the front desk had just mentioned that it was self-service printing, I wouldn't have had to go through all that trouble!"

"I don't know where the front desk team came from, and the service was very unprofessional. The room I booked included breakfast, but the front desk said it was not. After repeated confirmation, they said it was included, but they only gave me a voucher for one day when I booked for two days, so I went to the front desk to ask for it the next day. In addition, the next day, I came to the room sweating and tired, but found that I couldn't open the door. I went back to the front desk to ask, and the feedback I got was that I had to take the card to the front desk at 12 noon every day to activate the room card. They also said that it was a system regulation and the front desk could do nothing about it. This hotel should be closed immediately."
