AAnonymous UserI compared the prices to hotels near American Village, but decided to stay here, even though it was a bit of a walk. It only takes about 10 minutes at a leisurely pace to get to American Village. There's also parking nearby, so driving is a breeze.
It was great to be able to wash and dry my wet clothes after a few days of rain or playing in the water! The washer and dryer were a fantastic choice.
There were one double bed, one single bed, and a sofa bed, so four people could sleep comfortably. (The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, but it was worth it for the price.)
There was a convenience store right in front, so the kids had a blast raiding the place every morning and evening. The ramen restaurant right next door was delicious, too. 👍🏻
The parking lot was also ample and convenient.
I actually thought it was a good decision to stay here instead of the American Village Hotel. It was quiet, easy to get to, and the price was reasonable.
I didn't contact you in advance for check-in on the first day, but I arrived around 8:30.
Thank you for waiting until late and for your kind guidance.
If I ever visit Okinawa again, I'd definitely stay here again. Thank you.
JjingjingThere is Rosen at the back of the hotel, so shopping is fairly convenient. On the day we stayed on the first floor, although the law and order in Japan was pretty good, there were many foreigners living nearby, and there was no sense of security.
ZZhigangThanks for their help in bring up 2 heavy suitcases for old couples like us. Fully equipped kitchen. Spacious.
Close to bus stop for buses from Naha , to Aquarium and mega Aeon Mall.
A number of restaurants (not as touristy as those in the American Village) near by.
At a distance, yet not too far, from the busy American Village.
GGuest UserThere was dust on the bed and a musty smell, but it wasn't too bad. The facilities weren't bad. We didn't really mind, so it didn't matter, but people with sensitive skin might have a hard time. However, the location was really good. It's in the middle of Kokusai Street, so you can walk anywhere in less than 20 minutes. Parking is not at the accommodation, but there's a parking lot on the dirt road next to the accommodation, and that's the cheapest. I would definitely come back, just for the location.
GGuest UserThe place itself was quite clean and in a nice location. The only problem with the place is it’s impossible to contact any staff. They have no front desk, and even though they have a “direct line” at the entrance of the hotel, no one picks up even during their working hours.
The WiFi in my room broken down after the first night of my stay, I tried to contact the hotel staff through phone call, email etc but received no response from them, the issue persisted until the end of my trip, rendering me unable to access the internet.
Luckily trip.com was responsive and gave me a reasonable compensation for the additional costs I incurred in order to access the internet.
In short, the hotel is decent if you don’t run into any problems and don’t require any contact with their staff, otherwise I’d suggest you stay at somewhere with actual working staffs!
GGuest UserThe room has a large space, clean and tidy, the decoration style is simple and fashionable, living here is particularly comfortable, the decorations are specially selected, the furniture is carefully selected, the basic design is complete, it is very convenient to use, and the bathroom The facilities are well prepared, and there is a bathtub for bathing and cooking by yourself.
PPingkaixinkuailemeiyitianAlthough the room is not big, the facilities are very complete. The best thing is that they have a washing machine and a small balcony. For divers, they are already very lucky. This store is apartment-style so there is no room service. If you go out early, it is best to make an appointment in advance. The front desk of the hotel needs to make an appointment after 9 am. Other times are not possible. There are McDonald's Yoshinoya and convenience stores at the door. If you are not tired, you can go out to the American village across the road. Supermarkets, dining, games, travel souvenirs, the sea is in it, and there are fireworks at night. It is a place with an excellent location. Because of the problem with the mobile phone, the hotel photo is gone. Send some pictures of the American village. When you check out, remember to put the garbage at the door. With disposable sheets and quilts, the others are enough.
GGuest UserThe hotel and room were very clean and customer service responds quickly. There was a washer and areas to dry along with a smoking deck. 8.7/10 will recommend.
HheydosongThe location is in a residential area and is surrounded by American Village and many beautiful homes.
The streets are very beautiful and the living functions are convenient
The unmanned B&B is a bit inconvenient for foreign tourists, but overall I like it very much.
