Okinawa for the first time in 13 years, beach tower for the first time in 13 years The room is large, the hot springs are very satisfied with the facilities and location such as a heated pool, but ... I was disappointed with the response at check-in. Arrived at the hotel at 16:00 after sightseeing, the lobby was full of people waiting for the reception, and I couldn't be guided at the entrance, so I searched for the staff on this side and told him that I wanted to accept it. Then, I was given a number tag saying, ”We accept it in order, so please wait with this number.” .. When 50 minutes have passed, I look for the staff again and check how long it will take, and he said, ”I can't understand the time. It takes time to confirm because there is a confirmation of the coupon.” Change the question and I ”How long are there waiting?” Staff ”Please wait .. There are 9 more groups in front of you.” I ”How long is it taking for one group?” Staff ”About 15 minutes” Me ”Does it take more than 90 minutes !?” (I don't have a calculation (; ^_^) Staff ”Yes” I'm surprised and can't speak. .. I've already waited for 50 minutes, but more than 90 minutes? ?? ?? I know I can definitely wait for more than 30 minutes If so, there may be a way to guide you in advance, or to leave your luggage first and put it in a hot spring or pool ... I was angry at this response from the first day. I can hear people's voices from inside. I was surprised to see the cleaner 々. Isn't it an upgrade or a staff reception mistake? I was convinced. The view is not good if it is a family room. I would like to review the system at check-in and review the education of the staff.

Good location and hygiene. Unfortunately, the hotel car park was full when I arrived. The front desk staff offered a free room upgrade which I considered as a compensation. If you don’t have special requests on accommodation, this hotel will be a suitable option.

Comfortable hotel. Next to American village and only 2 minutes walk yo the Depot seaside. Beach next to it is not very clean but super easy to access. Room is really big compared to other hotels in Okinawa. Suitable for family guests. Pool access need to be charged so we didn’t go. Looking forward to go again to try their onsen :-)

The room is big n clean. The view n staff is good. Location is good.there is a bike shop across the road had a wonderful n easy bike ride . ( very short though- 5 mins to left n right end ,left to the beach, right to the restaurant along the coast )

We stayed for one night at DoubleTree by Hilton. Upon check-in, we were welcomed by the signature DoubleTree chocolate cookie. It was declious but unforunately, not really warm. We booked a terrace room with sea view and it was large and very comfortable. The package we booked came with a 90-minute buffet dinner at Hilton Hotel, which was scrumptious and we got to try many signature Okinawan dishes. As a DoubeTree guest, we could only use the facilities in Hilton and we joint their sunset yoga class. The instructor was very friendly. It was conducted in Japanese, but body language matters the most in terms of sprots. Believe it or not? It was my first time trying yoga and the experience was pleasant in general. We also tried their buffet breakfast. The range of selection for food was wide and I recalled that they even had soft serve. The quality was good and worth trying. There was also a Lawson convenience store around the corner and the hotel was very conveniently to the seaside. If I have to pick on one thing about the hotel, I hope that there will be more activities for hotel guests to join and there could be counters selling desserts like sliced cakes for hotel guests :-) All in all, I really enjoyed my stay at DoubleTree and will definitely join again!

My three-nite stay was amazing! The room was very clean, comfortable and had all the amenities of a luxury hotel, all with a beautiful ocean view. Along with the breakfast which was included in my plan, they had afternoon tea service, which I unfortunately missed, and the happy hour was a wonderful surprise. The red and white wine selections were splendid, along with the yummy appetizers. To top it off, the friendly, hotel staff was excellent, especially Ms. Rodriguez who is bilingual and a true asset to this beautiful hotel.

北谷町のアメリカンビレッジから車で5分くらいの場所にあります。部屋が広々していて良かったです。上層階の部屋からの眺めが良くて、部屋に洗濯機と乾燥機があるのが便利！テレビが大きくてNetflixやYouTubeを観て楽しめました。寝室は2つあり、ちゃんとドアで分かれてるのがメリットです。お風呂とトイレは2つずつあって、大人数での宿泊でしたが快適に過ごせました。キッチンに調理器具や食器があったので、ご飯をを作ってワイワイ出来ました。最寄りのスーパーまで車で3分くらいでした！

The room is clean and spacious. It can be used for cooking. It is well-equipped. There is also a washing machine. It is convenient for parking. The location is very close to the American Village. I can come again next time I come to Okinawa. It’s great.

We visited during our trip to Japan for the Rugby World Cup. I chose it as it looked a bit ”quirky” and was right on the beach. I did not expect it to be as lovely as it was. After the shoe box sized rooms in Tokyo we were spoilt for space. Beautiful rooms, all mod cons and loads of space. We were lucky enough to have a ground floor room which opened up directly onto the beach. The bathroom and shower were luxurious and you couldn't pick a better sport for a beautiful sunset. Reception staff were great - friendly and very helpful.

Nice and friendly hotel! It sure has seen better days (with a wonderful roof terrace, closed down during corona, I hope they will re-open it) but it’s still a very nice place. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. (Mine did not have a particularly nice view but never mind. The sea is close, just 1 min walk.) All rooms are non-smoking but there is a nice “non-prison” style smoking corner in the backyard (which should not bother the non-smokers). Lots of cafés, bars and restaurants within walking distance (be aware that places close early but that may also change in better times). Close to American Village (10 min by car, taxi less than ¥1000) and still quite close to Naha airport (30 min by car, taxi around ¥5000). During daytime, you may get used to the sound of airplanes. Otherwise, the hotel is a quiet place. Some nice beaches around.
