Chatan Hotels with Balcony

Great location - just a street next to the American village, which has a variety of food options nearby and touristy stuff to do! Amazing breakfast - the hotel offered a few main course as breakfast options complemented with a salad bar. Taste of food was delicious! Stylist hotel design - the interior of the lobby is very artsy and spacious. The hotel room is nicely furbished with comfy colours and modern designs as well. Overall I had an amazing stay in there.

Bringing my son here for his birthday celebration. The room was fully equipped with pots and pans, the dining table was beautiful, and the sofas and chairs were comfortable. The flower shop on the first floor smelled wonderful. The location is five stars! There's a convenience store downstairs, a 7-Eleven just around the corner, and lots of restaurants. Matsuya is in the same row, and you can see McDonald's 🍔, so you can walk to AW Burger 🍔. The kids' meals at the Charm House downstairs are a great deal, and you can pick out toys. The conveyor belt sushi line is always long… There's also a Daikoku Pharmacy nearby. Honestly, I'd definitely stay here again! 😆

It was a very nice stay! It’s very closed to the coastline, where you can have a nice walk, and see people with their cute pets, and staffs are very very nice. It’d take a bit of walking from the bus station. But it wasn’t much of a problem for me. In the room you’ll find everything you need including washing machine. The bed’s comfy, and I got to see a bit of the firework from American Village. And you can find very delicious Okinawa Soba on that street!

I visit Okinawa several times a year, and when my usual hotel was fully booked, I started looking elsewhere. I was drawn in by this hotel's location and newness, so I decided to book it. Upon arrival, the luxurious building really stood out. The moment I entered the room, I knew I'd hit the jackpot! The room itself was fantastic, very spacious, and apparently all rooms come with a washer-dryer and a mini-kitchen. It wasn't just new; the room was decorated in soothing, consistent tones, making for a truly relaxing and wonderful stay. The public bath also provides towels, and the flow from the pool is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for families with children! I used the small gym daily, and it was easy to access with a water cooler available. When I wanted to do some light cooking in the room and asked the front desk for assistance, they immediately brought up plates, knives, pots, pans, spatulas, and a wine opener. Out of all the hotels I've stayed at in Okinawa, this one easily became my favorite! My family and I are already talking about visiting again, and if we like it just as much, we might make it our new regular spot! Regarding operations, I did feel there were still some areas for improvement. Check-in wasn't very smooth, and using the parking lot was a hassle (having to tell the front desk the car number every single time, and it being a multi-story garage meant taking a while to get the car in and out). There was also a delay in getting a response about a lost item. However, considering it's a newly opened hotel and every single staff member was incredibly kind and pleasant, I didn't feel uncomfortable at all during my stay. Thank you for a dream-like time!

This self-catering guesthouse has a very convenient kitchen, is close to a supermarket, and is easily accessible by car. It has a private terrace where you can enjoy the sunset. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and bright. Highly recommended; I would definitely book again next time.

There weren't enough parking spaces downstairs at the hotel, so I had to park in the second parking lot. Luckily, the second parking lot wasn't far away, and I would definitely come back again if I had the chance.

Booked this room specifically for the sea view, and it certainly didn't disappoint! The hotel offers free bicycle rentals, which my mom loved. This trip was definitely worth it. The hotel has direct beach access, and American Village is just a short distance away, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. If you're ever in central Okinawa, this place is a great choice!

It is a residence room, and the living room and bathroom were spacious, making it very suitable for two people. Basic cooking utensils were provided, and having a microwave made it convenient to heat up simple meals after shopping nearby. It was clean in every corner, but the bedding seemed a bit worn and had a damp smell. I think it would be perfect if this aspect were improved. It was convenient to have a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. However, only one small and one large towel are provided per person, and if you stay for two nights, you have to wash them before using.

To sum it up, this was a great hotel for those looking for a long-term stay with good value for money. 🛏️ Room Impression Twin beds plus a sofa. Mango Resort was a great find - conveniently located close to Sunabe sea wall, American Village, restaurants etcc at a great price! My double bed room was compact but is cozy and worked great for a solo traveler (refrigerator, kitchenette, hot shower etc) Unit even had a washer/dryer but it was out of service during my stay. Check-in is via call center once you arrive at the property - make sure you have the door code to the building to enter!! Overall, excellent stay and I plan to return 😀
