"The hotel is very good, but the check-in service was a little confused, especially when we chose the room, and there was a little communication between the reception and the staff. The second pool is a little deep (1.90m), but the main pool is beautiful and pleasant.
The bar and restaurant prices are well compatible for the portions served, with good service for the boys."

"A pousada é bacana, mas o atendimento deixou a desejar. Reservamos o quarto com antecedência e no dia do check-in, o recepcionista informou que havia ocorrido problemas elétricos que levaram a um princípio de incêndio. Desse modo, não tinha mais quartos disponíveis para nós. Aí resolveram colocar a gente numa pousada com um padrão inferior, sem café da manhã e mais distante da Broadway, isso sem nos avisar com antecedência. Quando questionamos, ele disse que seria só uma diária e poderíamos chegar no café da manhã que já teria um quarto disponível. Assim foi resolvida a situação. Mas não gostaríamos de ter passado por esse transtorno. Obs: Isso não ocorreu só com a gente, outro casal que conhecemos na casa, passou pela mesma situação.
Acho, tirando essa situação chata, a viagem foi muito boa canoa é massa e gostamos das instalações da pousada, precisa melhorar só o atendimento."
