"The property is truly beautiful, well-maintained, and in an excellent location. Unfortunately, there are some aspects that could be improved. The parking lot is undersized compared to the number of rooms, so finding a spot can be difficult. The fruit at breakfast was frozen, something unexpected for a property of this caliber. Furthermore, it's not possible to eat inside the hotel during the day, a service that would be greatly appreciated by guests. With some improvements in these areas, the experience would be significantly improved."

"My stay at this hotel was overall enjoyable. The staff were attentive and welcoming, and the location made it easy to get around ( but you need a bike or car ) the place is 25 minute walk into the arco center ( feels less when you’re walking) so not far either. The views are so pretty and even if you’re close to a road it didn’t disturb me. The bar had good prices. Overall lovely hotel. The room was clean, however tje Wi-Fi connection could be improved. Breakfast offer. Despite these minor points, the hotel provided a pleasant experience and I would consider returning on a future visit."

"We stayed in this hotel for a week. The hotel is located on the lake shore, it has a very well-kept garden as well as the cleanliness of the rooms, I was sorry for some disappointment with the staff. A flaw is the restaurant that is only open a few days a week, services such as breakfast and bike rental are very welcome"

"Amazing hotel with amazing view. Great service, nice pool is a good idea after a day trip. You can find like sunbeds in shadow too. The jackuzi with great view is open during the day. If you want to have a dinner in the hotel, you cam have pizza at the bar."

"I highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay in Arco. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. There is a lobby bar to unwind at the end of the day. The location is perfect to walk anywhere in Arco, and is a short car ride to Lake Garda and the Dolomites. We will definitely be back."

"Super comfortable 5-star bed. Extra-large bed with an excellent topper and very comfortable pillows. Very spacious rooms and a beautiful bathroom. Top breakfast with a choice of hot dishes (pancakes, crepes, scrambled eggs, etc.)."

"We stumbled over this hotel while searching for accommodation near lake Garda and where a little apprehensive booking it. It is located in the town of Arco hidden away behind high walls … it was / is a Monastery. When you enter through the main door you step into a different world !! Peace, calm and quiet ! There is public parking outside which I guess is ok when u only have hand luggage … bigger suitcases definitely use their underground car park. Which even smelled good. We had a room on the 2nd floor and did find it a bit challenging with two large suitcases, we had to leave them on the floor and had to step over them. The bed was great and the shower excellent ! The room is a little dark for my liking and prob would book the 1st floor next time. Bigger windows! Spa, sauna, pool just wonderful and tranquil!!! Loved the smell in the spa ! The garden is very nice. Food and drinks are fine !! If you need a few days just to wind down and relax - definitely the place to go."
