"Difficult to reach by phone – apparently, 11 a.m. was outside of business hours. We booked a parking space, but the barrier was broken – they could have saved themselves the trouble. Digital check-in didn't work; luckily, we were early enough that someone was still at reception. Cleaning staff came straight to our room at 8:30 a.m. after just one knock. We weren't impressed."

"Unorganised/Despite reservation/awaited for more than 2 hours to eat/meat was hard /aber by waiting long and the many drinks were the appetite no longer there/ although we didn't complain, we became unfriendly, The price-performance ratio is not fully fixed by the many drinks that have been produced during the waiting period, very high/no excuse or compensation/not even the compulsory drink of the house has been served. All in all a trist insulting !!!!!!"

"As a family with two children, we booked the hotel on trip.com and also received an email confirming that we had booked a four-bed room for one night with two adults and two children. Unfortunately, the hotel only received confirmation that two adults were sleeping in the four-bed room. We then had to pay another €100 for our two young children, a 100% surcharge. This booking error was neither our fault nor that of the hotel. Unfortunately, the boss who came on the phone was in no way accommodating and didn't accommodate us at all in terms of price, so we had to pay solely for trip.com's mistake. We cannot recommend Trip.com., but we can only recommend the hotel to a limited extent due to the attitude of the hotel manager."
