"Arriving after 5pm on a Thursday, I followed the explicit directions provided by Ascot management. There was a short walk (150 meters at most) to my room but the directions provided ensured that I was in my room in quick order. The fellow on the desk was able to assist with directions to fine dining close by and in the morning assisted again with directions to the train getting me to the airport easily on time. It's a well kept, conveniently located accommodation. I'll stay again next time in Brisbane."

"Location is close to the airport, however hotel and room is outdated, unclean and noisy. Firstly, the aircon in the room kept buzzing randomly throughout the night, keeping both of us up. Neither of us could sleep as the aircon is above the bed, and there was no-one to call and reception was closed. Room was dirty and not cleaned properly, with tissues and kids goggles left over from previous tenants in our room. Wifi is ~ 6mbps Would never come back."

"Room wasn’t clean food in corner of microwave was only 1 towel when should been 2, no air conditioning remote, no toilet paper. Microwave wasn’t clean plates and cups were still dirty same with cutlery. Room wasn’t worth the price, there was no privacy got people knocking on ya door every night. The blanks were to thin couldn’t even keep ya warm. What u see on pics u don’t actually get it in real life. They switched rooms didn’t give us the right room. The shower had a broken soap holder. The mount of time u gotta call up to ask for things and they leave u waiting for hours and u wanna go to bed. One the nights I there were heaps of police knocking on people’s doors. Couldn’t even have ur conversation out loud cause people could hear ya talk."
