"I loved the hotel: the location is excellent (front line), and the train station is nearby. The staff was beyond praise: they upgraded our room, which made our stay fantastic: we admired the ocean and the most beautiful sunsets. I fell in love with Asilah with all my heart, and the accommodations not only didn't spoil the experience, but actually added to the enjoyment. I'll definitely come back and stay there again. Thank you so much for the happiest days!"

"I was travelling alone and stumbled upon this place thinking I might take a drink. I had the most wonderful welcome and got taken to a table by the pool. The menu looked good, so decided to try the seafood tagine. WOW. Honestly, the best tagine I have had. The seafood was so fresh and the calamari rings were incredible. A mixture of prawns, swordfish, white fish and squid. I got chatting to the owner whilst he was tending to the garden. He obviously takes a lot of care, the garden was so beautiful and he brought me fresh flowers for the table. I ended up spending the day there and relaxed by the pool and took a swim. I wish I had booked here instead of my apartment as it is difficult for a female solo traveller to find relaxed spaces to sunbathe and feel comfortable alone at the beach. The care, attention and hospitality at this hotel is 10/10. I loved the music too that came on early evening, they were getting ready for a birthday party on the terrace overlooking the sea, so nice, what a fantastic venue for a celebration! Alcohol is not served in this part of the hotel, or the restaurant which I thought was very respectful towards the local people. I would 100% book this hotel for a future visit to Asilah and I thank you so much to the owner Sharif and his staff for looking after me so well :)"

"This hotel nestled just outside of Tangier in the smaller town of Asilah delivers far more than advertised. Adorned with authentic Moroccan decor there are seemingly endless visual delights around every corner. The attentiveness and generosity of our host was the highlight until he introduced us to the panoramic rooftop terrace views. The sun setting over the Atlantic Ocean was breathtaking."

"ve stayed at this hotel three times, and each time it gets worse. This last visit was absolutely unacceptable. • No Hot Water: I asked for hot water three times, and each time I was given excuses. They claimed the water heater was broken, but it was clear they deliberately shut off the hot water when there weren’t enough guests. When a group of Asian tourists arrived, the hot water was suddenly available, but as soon as they left, it was turned off again. As a Moroccan from Canada visiting my home country, I found this treatment deeply disrespectful. It seems they prioritize foreign tourists over locals. • Terrible Rooms: The rooms are outdated, smell awful, and are not clean. The faucet in my bathroom was broken, adding to the frustration. • Inedible Breakfast: While breakfast was included, it was so bad that it was practically inedible. The cheese was spoiled, and the overall quality was extremely poor. • No Accountability: Despite all these issues, they still charged me full price without offering any discount, apology, or acknowledgment of their terrible service. The lack of consideration is shocking. This place is a disaster. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid staying here. It’s not worth the money or the stress."
