"We stayed at the hotel as part of a motor bike tour with my son. After the first day traveling this was the 1st nights stop. We turned up at the door and asked for a room. Yes there was a twin room available. Fairly standard room layout on 1st floor with a balcony view of the road and very posh street lamps. Very helpful receptionist who helped us sort out the key and a place to part the hired motorbikes. We eat in the restaurant which was perhaps a bit limited by it menu choices but perfectly adequate. The breakfast served in a different room was a great selection and very helpful staff. A perfectly good place to stay without being exceptional."

"This place is amazing. I didn't think it would be as amazing as the photos, but it was even better. Samir was in touch with us before, during and after our stay to make sure everything was perfect- and it was! He arranged for transport from Marrakech and onto El Jadida after our stay and even gave us a tour of our room options when we arrived so we could select the best room for our family. The rooms were beautiful, the pool was tons of fun, the food was excellent and the views were breathtaking. We stayed 3 nights and I hated to leave at the end. I could easily have spent a week hiking and swimming in the falls, exploring the area (try the ATV/quad tour!) and relaxing by the pool. This was the best hotel we stay in Morocco!"

"Very good dinner! We ate beef rfisa and tajin with plums, highly recommended! The staff were very friendly and the location simple but welcoming. In the hotel there is also a beautiful swimming pool among the countryside full of olive trees and you can enjoy a lot of tranquility. =)"

"The place is exceptional. It's a good mix of modernity and classic hotel style. The rooms are spacious with little dim lightning, which brings a mysterious atmosphere that I like. The pool is very clean. The scrounging gardens are well maintained and full of beautiful flowers in addition to the local spices. I wish we had stayed more but decently will go again hopefully soon. "

"Palais d’Ouzoud truly feels like a little paradise. The place has such an authentic kasbah atmosphere, full of charm and character, and it makes you feel like you’re somewhere really special. The hospitality was exceptional — everyone was incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. On top of that, the food was absolutely amazing, fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. A beautiful place to relax and enjoy the real Moroccan feeling. Highly recommended."

"What a bad memory of this establishment. Room with sewer smell. Shower clogged. Cold all night. Dinner tajine barbecue lamb only on the bone, no meat. In the photos this hotel looks good but the reality is different. The next morning it was impossible to see the manager. There are much better in the same area."
