"The hotel was clean, and good location with shopping mall and restaurants near. But when check in, they have asked me 90 Euro as guarantee using my credit card. I asked about the guarantee money when checked out. They said it will be transfer to my credit card account but could not exactly mention the date. They said, it could be one week, it possible also one month. Until yesterday, there was no information/news about the guarantee money."

"The hotel was absolutely perfect for what we needed. It’s conveniently located less than 10 minutes walk from multiple metro stations, and there’s a huge Carrefour literally across the road. The room was clean and comfortable, and although we had a shared bathroom there was a sink inside our room which made life much easier. The breakfast was delicious with fresh warm pastries, and every staff member was very kind and helpful. An excellent stay, and we would definitely return!"

My room was clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing helped create a quiet environment despite the hotel’s busy location. I also appreciated the variety offered at the breakfast buffet, as well as the efficiency of the staff during busy hours. The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, which made it easy to reach central Paris and explore the main attractions. The conference facilities were a strong point—large, well-maintained, and suitable for professional events. While the hotel can get crowded at times, the staff remained helpful and welcoming. Overall, it was a practical and enjoyable place to stay, especially for both business and leisure travelers."

"There is a city ordinance for this district that says any building over 3 stories high is required to seal all windows for the entire building for security reasons. The room was therefore very stuffy and frankly unhealthy.  No fresh air!!!!!    The clerk also said in the summer time they have no A C !!!   She said the customers were outraged they were not notified in advance.  I would not recommend any hotel in this district"

"Basic place with basic amenities, however excellent location with metro opposite and direct bus to CDG . Awesome bakery in the next building. Also opposite Auchan Hypermarket."
