"The location is excellent. Less than 1km to Plaza Mayor de Balanga. Close to cafes, food park, night market, and other fast food chains. You can ride a tricycle as soon as you get out of the vicinity. They're quick to respond with calls and online inquiries. The facilities and essentials supplied are almost like those you'd expect in a hotel. The shared bathroom is not a downside as I expected initially. They are actually well-maintained and comfortable to use. The front desk almost has everything you might need in any situation: medicine, alcoholic drinks, games, trash bags, paper cups, etc. There's a water dispenser, too, to fill up water containers. The free breakfast is very much appreciated. It was already prepared as early as 6:30 AM, and you can choose to take them out. The food is nice, too. Well recommended for solo travelers or friends who are staying for a few days in Bataan."

"Easy check in friendly staff, smoking area is situated on the 3rd floor balcony. Breakfast is fried egg with rice along with fresh fruit and bottle of mineral water. Lots of takeaway places outside for food. WIFI IS available in the rooms although site says only public areas. Youtube and Netflix is on the TV but couldn't access the cable TV. Clean room and fresh linen. Fridge is available along with towels, body wash and shampoo. Toothbrushes and tooth paste aren't available."

"The menu for breakfast has a lot of options to choose from. The waiters were friendly and nice to us and food was excellent. But our room had quite a lot of dust and the toilet needs more cleaning. But most of all all the staff are nice and approachable. Thank you to all the friendly staff at crown Royale hotel."

"It would have been better if there is housekeeping schedules everyday and the phone in the room is working. Also, the booking said there are slippers in the room, unfortunately, there are none. But all in all for our stay, it was good. Thank you."
