"The first stop of the New Year trip. I followed the trend to come to Zibo to eat barbecue and fell in love with this city. This time I brought my family and pets to choose Yashe, and the impression was beyond my expectations~
The pet friendliness was the reason we chose this hotel, but the service and hospitality of the staff upon arrival was the reason we gave it a good rating.
The room is also warm, clean and tidy during this season. All facilities are complete and smart. You can go to Zhoucun Ancient Commercial City right outside the door, which is very convenient!
The staff will help with the luggage, introduce the surrounding food, give Pu'er tea when you check in, and give drinking water when you leave the B&B. The service is thoughtful and considerate, give it a thumbs up!"

"My stay at the Manting Hotel in Zibo was absolutely fantastic value for money! The price is incredibly affordable, perfect for the intrepid university student. The room was incredibly spacious, and I loved the charming enclosed balcony. Sharing tea and chatting with my partner was incredibly relaxing! The customer service was incredibly responsive and always answered every question. Thank you so much! They also paid close attention to detail, including the disposable face and bath towels, which were incredibly safe and hygienic. The oversized TV and mirror in the room were not only practical but also added a touch of style and flair. The overall cleanliness and modern amenities made it a truly enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel! It's a good hotel, suitable for almost everyone."

【【fenghuangniepan】I saw on Ctrip that this hotel is the most luxurious in Shandong. I checked in yesterday. I feel that except for the expensive room rate and expensive food and drinks, the rest of the hotel does not meet the standards of star or diamond hotels. There is no gym or SPA. There is no TV in the room, that is, there is no entertainment, only a swimming pool. The environment is also average. The most ridiculous thing is that the windows leak a lot, and the noise is very loud when they are completely closed. I really can't sleep at all. I changed rooms in the middle of the night. The only thing worth praising is that the service attitude of the waiter is very good. He is also very responsible.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious, bright, and comfortable, with a large bay window perfect for enjoying tea and the night view outside. The best part was that it's pet-friendly. The whole process, from booking to check-in and check-out, was very smooth, and the owner was lovely. This hotel offers such great value for money, everyone should come and stay! They provide disposable towel sets and individually wrapped disposable cups. In the twin room, each bed was very wide, big enough for an adult and a child with plenty of room to spare. I'd suggest to the owner to add a shower curtain; it would make cleaning easier and more convenient.

Llonger78The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the green plants were refreshing and especially helpful. The location is also superb, eating, drinking and playing around are all available, five minutes walk from the eight major places, travel is super convenient. The service staff is warm and professional, responsive, the overall experience is full, I will choose here next time!

GGuest UserOur second night's stop was in Zibo, and we chose the relatively new Hilton Garden Inn. Its location isn't far from the highway, and the room was very clean. They even thoughtfully provided a door sign for our pet-friendly room. There are plenty of local Shandong restaurants and BBQ joints nearby, though none of them were pet-friendly, haha. So, we had to order takeout and eat in the room. The hotel even has a robot delivery service for meals. It's also very close to Haidai Tower, just under a 10-minute drive. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

GGuixiaxiaThe Sheraton Hotel truly has a human touch. We arrived early, and since two elderly family members were with us, Jane at the front desk kindly arranged an early check-in for us. She was also very thoughtful in helping me later with a room change, which was incredibly heartwarming. The next day, when we switched rooms, a staff member from housekeeping came to help with our luggage, guided us to the new room, and even helped activate floor access so I could easily go up to care for the elders. The housekeeping auntie on the 36th floor was also very kind, patiently putting extra water bottles in the elderly couple's room every time. And the F&B staff who delivered coke, fruit, and pancakes to our room… The warm assistance we received during our two-night stay was countless. People from Zibo are truly hospitable! Additionally, the hotel's breakfast buffet was rich and delicious, and the hotel's location in the city center is excellent, with convenient access to surrounding dining and attractions. We hope to visit again!

MM452122****The whole room is very well equipped. The children like it very much. It is okay to catch up with the water heater. It is okay to take a bath without taking a bath. The kettle used is boiled. It will be colder these two days. I went to add a quilt in the middle of the night. The boss is very enthusiastic and needs to be delivered in time. I really feel the warmth of home. Waiting for the next time I come to Zibo, I will still live in this one. Parking is also very convenient. There is an elevator directly to the hotel in the underground garage. 👍👍

GGuest UserThere were few people staying but we were still arranged to a city view room on the shady side, not a mountain view suite. It felt like a wedding on the day we checked in. The room had been entered and there was cigarette ash in the bathroom that had not been cleaned. There was yellow urine stain on the side of the toilet, which we cleaned ourselves. Three people stayed in a suite but only two tickets and two breakfast coupons were given. There were few people staying and no buffet was arranged for breakfast, but we could have two servings for the three of us.
