整體入住體驗遠超預期，這家民宿不管硬件環境還是軟性服務都做得十分到位。雖然周邊有燒烤店，味道很好，但是老闆娘做的飯，味道絕了。本來衹是正常住宿，抱着試試看的心態嚐了老闆娘做的家常菜，直接驚艷味蕾。家常菜火候恰到好處，口味鮮香地道，葷素搭配均衡，沒有過重調料，吃得出新鮮食材，煙火氣十足。不管是小炒、燉湯還是特色家常菜，味道都遠超外面餐館，鹹淡適口，色香味俱全。房間乾淨整潔，採光、設施齊全，床品柔軟，洗漱用品、小家電一應俱全，居家氛圍感拉滿。最加分的是民宿的服務。房東溝通全程耐心高效，預訂前細緻解答路線、停車、入住須知等各類問題；入住當日提前發詳細指引，包括門禁密碼、周邊吃喝玩樂攻略，落地全程不用多費心。中途有小物件使用疑問，消息回覆及時，解決問題爽快利落。退房流程簡單便捷，沒有繁瑣手續。房東分寸感拿捏得很好，不會過度打擾，需要幫助時又隨叫隨到。房間裏處處透露着細節處的用心，準備了飲用水、一次性洗漱套裝、垃圾袋，公共區域打理得乾乾淨淨。沒有生硬商業化的距離感，像是住進朋友打理的房子，熱情又舒服。不管是短途旅行、朋友小聚還是獨自出行都很適配，貼心周到的服務大幅提升旅途幸福感，下次出行還會優先選擇這家，也推薦給追求舒心服務的朋友。

The room is spacious and bright, the layout is comfortable, the large floor-to-ceiling windows, the view is good, the room layout and facilities are generally well received. The room has intelligent control, voice control air conditioning, curtains, etc. The room environment is good, sleep quietly at night, and the room has no smell. The bed is a soft thick spring mattress, ordinary pillow/rest (pillow comfort meets this price but high requirements). The sofa is comfortable and the tatami mats by the bed are relaxing. The disposable toilet pad is very intimate, the disposable towels and bath towels are clean and hygienic, the towels are a bit not durable, and the clothes hanging area and clothes drying area are large. Living is very comfortable and praiseworthy.

Our second night's stop was in Zibo, and we chose the relatively new Hilton Garden Inn. Its location isn't far from the highway, and the room was very clean. They even thoughtfully provided a door sign for our pet-friendly room. There are plenty of local Shandong restaurants and BBQ joints nearby, though none of them were pet-friendly, haha. So, we had to order takeout and eat in the room. The hotel even has a robot delivery service for meals. It's also very close to Haidai Tower, just under a 10-minute drive. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations for my trip. The hotel's decor is stylish and modern, yet sophisticated, and the common areas are thoughtfully designed. The room is spacious enough, with soft lighting and comfortable bedding. It's also conveniently located near dining and entertainment options. The only downside was the extremely slow check-in process during the peak summer season.

The parent-child room is set, the room is one living room, the room is large enough, the ventilation is very good, the bedding is comfortable, the proprietress is very good, and I recommend a lot of delicious and fun places. There is a business district, and it is convenient to eat downstairs.

不是第一次住了，衹不過有時候訂購平台不一祥，每次有朋友來都在這裏，原來接待的前台美女很熱心，會領到房間，然後告訴設施的位置什麼的，這次是一個年輕的小夥子，服務及其差勁，三句話打不出一個屁，原來都是用我身份證給朋友代訂，結果到他那不行了，讓我退了重新定，我東南西北的去了這麼多地方，我也是第一次聽説，然後掰扯了一會兒，又行了。呵呵，就那麼操作了一下，就又可以入住了。這個店哪裡都挺好，弄了這個麼一個玩意在這，遲早老顧客都得得失望。 還有就是給個卡，進去之後朋友不會用，然後跑到前台問他怎麼用，待答不理的，説呼叫小愛，然後就蹦不出一個屁了。 朋友遠道而來，我作為東道主專門選了自己認為最滿意的地方，結果弄的着實尷尬。 店挺好的，但是這一個玩意噁心的我，過了這麼久，想起來還是噁心，這種小年輕不是給酒店助力的，是衝著搞黃了去的吧。

There were few people staying but we were still arranged to a city view room on the shady side, not a mountain view suite. It felt like a wedding on the day we checked in. The room had been entered and there was cigarette ash in the bathroom that had not been cleaned. There was yellow urine stain on the side of the toilet, which we cleaned ourselves. Three people stayed in a suite but only two tickets and two breakfast coupons were given. There were few people staying and no buffet was arranged for breakfast, but we could have two servings for the three of us.
