The front desk staff are also highly professional; whether it was checking in or requesting items be sent to the room, everything was handled smoothly. It felt very comfortable, and the service attitude was excellent.

It was very late to arrive at the hotel on the day of the exam from other places. Although the stay was not smooth at the beginning, the final result was still the sincerity of the hotel. I especially want to praise that the communication on the platform is very smooth. For the several problems I reflected late at night, the hotel did not ignore them, but kept trying to solve them. In the end, the room arranged for me was much better than the reservation. I also presented two breakfasts. Thank you very much. Of course, I also take this opportunity to make some suggestions: the water heater and sewer in the room may need to be overhauled at first; in addition, the cleaning of the room is the bottom line that guests pay most attention to, especially ”one guest and one change” and thorough cleaning. The leftover garbage found in the new room this time is indeed a bit embarrassing. I believe that if you can grasp these details, the hotel experience will be even higher! Overall, it was a ”low drive high walk” experience, thanks to the final proper arrangement.
