A Wonderful Stay at Villa Sant’Andrea, A Belmond Hotel, Taormina Mare I had a truly wonderful stay at Villa Sant’Andrea. The hotel is incredibly beautiful and unique, with stunning views that made every moment special. My room was very comfortable, and I enjoyed a restful and peaceful sleep throughout my stay. I would like to sincerely thank all the staff who made my experience so memorable—from the team who checked me in to the bellman and doorman who kindly assisted me upon arrival and departure. Your warm hospitality and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. It is no surprise that this hotel is so famous. You have created such a beautiful memory for my vacation, one that I will always cherish. I truly look forward to returning in the future. Thank you to everyone for such an exceptional experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Taormina Infinity Suites. Before our arrival, communication via WhatsApp was smooth and efficient. The host always responded promptly, making the check-in process easy and stress-free. Although we arrived quite late in the evening, the host warmly welcomed us and kindly helped us carry our luggage downstairs. The rooftop swimming pool was a real highlight. The water was very clean, and the atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. The room was beautifully designed, and you could clearly see the care and attention that had gone into every detail. Upon check-out, the host kindly helped us with our luggage again and arranged a taxi to the train station, which saved us a lot of hassle and made our departure much easier. What impressed us most was the genuine hospitality and attention to detail throughout our stay. We felt very well looked after and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk from Piazza IX Aprile and within easy reach of Taormina’s main attractions, restaurants, and shops.

I decided to celebrate my next birthday in Taormina at the renowned Excelsior Palace Hotel. Built in 1904, the hotel exudes a sense of history and age, from the lobby to the rooms. Initially, I was given a single room without a balcony, but at my request, reception upgraded me to a room with a balcony on the ground floor, right next to the lobby bar, which was very convenient. The hotel is heated by a central air conditioning system, which is loud but warm. Then, the next morning, I was awakened by construction noise—renovations were underway right next door in the bathroom, with a drill at work. I contacted reception, and they upgraded me to a deluxe room (a newer double room on the second floor). The move was a bit of a hassle—packing up, unpacking, and so on. And then, the next day, I had to check out, meaning packing up again. But the room was large and spacious, and it didn't heat up as quickly. If you turn off the noisy air conditioner, it's cold. The breakfast is monotonous: eggs, sausages, cheeses, vegetables, cereal, yogurt, nuts, sorbet, and pastries. On the second day, the coffee machine broke. I had to ask the waiters to bring coffee several times. For a hotel of this level, not fixing the coffee machine is very strange! Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but the rooms are old and not worth the price in high season; they're just paying for the name of the chain. Water from the minibar in the room is extra, there are no robes, and they didn't even congratulate me on my birthday. The tax is 4 euros per day. The hallway on the ground floor smells good. I didn't like that at breakfast I had to ask for a second cup of cappuccino, look for the waiter, and they don't ask me again whether I want coffee or not, they seem to be doing me a favor.

The most amazing experience ever.  The view from our balcony - we stayed on the 4th floor and had the most magnificent view of the sea, the whole Taormina city.  Glorious during the day and spectacular during the night.  The breakfast was beyond expectations. There was so much food, lots of different types of bread. Croissants, egg and bacon, fresh cold meats, cereals, different coffee machines , fruit and on and on.  It was located at the top and we caught a bus for 2euros to the hotel. It was a 5 mins walk to the main hub. Perfect!!!! The pool was amazing. The view was something out of a movie with its picturesque background.  The verandah nearby had tables where you could enjoy a drink and relax.  O really the rooms and facilities were beyond expectations and we would have liked to have stayed longer but we had already booked our other hotels in another city.  5++++ experience that we will never forget.

Overlooking the Ionian Sea, the Grand Hotel San Pietro is a beautiful hotel with landscaped gardens and excellent amenities. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful and the rooms are well appointed and very comfortable.  Located within a 10-15 minute walk of the shopping and sightseeing area of Taormina, makes this 5 Star hotel an excellent choice.  The staff, as mentioned, are very courteous and helpful - and it is quite easy to become friends with them. Infact, Christian and Loretta (who work in the bar area during the evenings) are 2 staff members that I highly commend - not only for their service but for the exceptional time we spent with them.  This hotel is highly recommended and I certainly look forward to returning in the not too distant future.

Everything was good except for the laundry. We paid 40 euros and our laundry came back still somewhat dirty and not smelling clean. All my white clothes were ruined because they didn't separate. Wasted my money and my clothes. Breakfast was good but repetitive. The service was good, the staff was friendly. The room was cleaned daily and thoroughly. We had a sea view room which was beautiful however it felt so stuffy and humid that it prevented us from sleeping and we were unable to turn on the air conditioning. The walls were so thin that we could hear people outside all night, we could hear the people have breakfast in the morning, and we could hear the opera couple streets over. Location was close enough to the bus and to shops and restaraunts.

The scenery is beautiful. I set the alarm early in the morning and took photos of the sunrise. The service was also very good. The luggage was delivered to our room.

Attention please. This hotel has no parking lot. But there is a proxy stop service for 20 Euros. The location is in the city center. Basically walking. Again, do not drive to the door of the hotel. Very narrow road. It's hard to turn around. There are many trees and irregularly parked motorcycles along the road. The hotel environment is very good, clean and tidy. The most central place in the city is more expensive to eat. It might be cheaper to walk outside the city gate

Nice hotel! I had a very late check-in after they closed the reception. Very strange! I chose a hotel with a 24/7 reception! They left me a note with detailed instructions on the hotel door. It said that I would find the keys to the room in the door, but they were not there!!! My sleepy brain could only think of going down to the empty reception and picking up the keys from there. There were no questions at check-out.
