The location is near from every where, near souvenir shops, museum tsunami, Baiturrahman mosque and PLTD apung. Thank you, definitely will come back if i go to banda aceh again"

"The hotel was centrally located in the city. However, the hotel really need major renovations as it looked so worn out and like abandoned place. The walkway to my room looked like it hasn’t been cleaned and maintained properly especially the carpets (refer attached photo below). Inside the room, the toilet was not really clean. There were many black stains on the toilet bowl and the room’s floor had many dusts. The breakfast provided was not a buffet but just a very simple a la carte mea. The receptionist wasn’t there all the time and you need to wait for some time (more than 5 minutes) after press the bell before they entertain you. Overall, this is gonna be the first and last I am staying at this hotel. Not recommended."

"We arrived early at the hotel after travelling from Medan. The reception staff were amazing and (via Google translate) helped us massively with taxi's, ferry tickets and food. The room is basic, but very clean, quiet, comfortable-we all slept well. The breakfast was great and once again the reception staff helped us get a last minute rickshawx2 to the ferry port. Possibly the best hotel and service on our four week holiday in Indonesia and Asia."
