Muraya Hotel Aceh ★★★★
"Not too far from BaituRahman mosque. The hotel provides shuttle service for Fajr prayer to the mosque. Within walking distance to restaurants."
Portola Arabia Hotel ★★★
"Overall quite good with decent price, for one night stopover before entering the island is quite a good choice"
Portola Grand Arabia Hotel ★★★
"The hotel is a bit dated and could use a refresh. However, the staff was friendly, and it's very well located."
Hermes Palace Hotel Banda Aceh ★★★★★
"Rooms, equipments, restaurants are all good. Only reception can’t handle with situation. Many customers do not have ideas to wait and they cut in so often, but reception never warmed them or even let them proceed. Can’t recommend this place otherwise you’ll feel very uncomfortable."
Azana Oasis Hotel Aceh ★★★
"The rooms were very clean. The only thing I would say is the second room I went to had no hot water. The service was impeccable however and the breakfast was great."
Alhambra Hotel Banda Aceh ★★★
"The hotel is located at many interesting locations. Masjid Masjid Raya Baiturrahman, Pasar Aceh, souvenir shops, seafood restaurant. The staffs very attentive and accomodating. Breakfast is basic but sufficient. Cleanliness is good."
Ayani Hotel Banda Aceh ★★★
"I had a wonderful stay at Ayani Hotel Banda Aceh. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near many attractions and dining options. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast. There was a good variety of dishes, including local Acehnese specialties and international options. The food was fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. Overall, Ayani Hotel offers excellent value for money with its comfortable rooms, good breakfast, and warm hospitality. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Banda Aceh."
Hotel 61 Banda Aceh ★★
"It is very worth for it, price include breakfast some more. Will stay here again."
Hotel Rasamala ★★★
"The hotel looks better in the photos than it actually is - the rooms need renovation, the walls are dirty, the room was very poorly cleaned."

Hotel Grand Permata Hati
"The hotel is very comfortable.. everything works well.. it's just that the pool water was dirty at that time. Maybe it hadn't been cleaned from the weekend baths.. but when we visited the pool it was already Monday afternoon.. especially the children's pool.. it was really dirty, lots of leaves & the water looked oily.. but from a distance it was clean because the floor was blue.. 😅"
Seventeen Hotel
"We arrived early at the hotel after travelling from Medan. The reception staff were amazing and (via Google translate) helped us massively with taxi's, ferry tickets and food. The room is basic, but very clean, quiet, comfortable-we all slept well. The breakfast was great and once again the reception staff helped us get a last minute rickshawx2 to the ferry port. Possibly the best hotel and service on our four week holiday in Indonesia and Asia."
SULTAN HOTEL BANDA ACEH
"Breakfast was served very well. Hotel facilities could be improved."
Hip Hope Hotel
"It's almost a perfect hotel at the medium level. Closed to Tsunami Museum and the Grand Mosque. Staff are kind. Breakfast was good. Only one thing I didn't like was that there is no elevator."
