We spent 5 days here and could have easily stayed longer. The hotel team is all about customer service 24/7. Meals in the Bistro are delicious, breakfast is great and the beach cafe is also delicious! Small set back is that elderly people can’t walk around pool perimeter easily or at all. Very narrow. They are also strict about saving pool chairs bc they are so limited. Overall, it’s a great hotel and we can’t wait to enjoy it again!!!

I loved .... beautiful view of the port.. sympathetic and welcome staff . equipment ... bathroom ... old but clean ...je understand that the hotel style can surprise some ....hotel in its vintage jus deco .... with an ambience ... (for those who have the reference ....on could almost cross there in a corridor the shinig twins ...) not badly equipped ... a little old equipment but this makes its charm.. I liked taking breakfast at the restaurant outside without time limit ... and then we are two steps from the beach and the center walking

I stayed ten nights in this funny building with my husband for the first part of our wedding trip. At our arrival in our room we found a wonderful flower bouquet with a ticket with which the staff wished us a sweet wedding month. The hotel is family-run and in a great location: both near the sea and the long sea with various stores and restaurants. Our room was cleaned in the minimum details and well cleaned daily, and had a very spacious balcony with a table where you can eat and indeed some evenings, after the whole day at sea, We enjoyed it and it was very romantic with sunset, the sound of the chicale and the cabins.Both sweet and salad breakfast is a buffet with fresh day products, the park is outdoor just a few steps from the hotel.

La Farandole saved my vacation. Impeccable location with a private beach. Staff were super friendly and made checking in pleasant and helped with every request and wish we had. We stayed at the newly built villa, which had an amazing pool (felt like a private luxury pool). Our room was clean and met our expectations. We only ate one dessert at the up stairs restaurant, so I can't really review the food completely, but the tiramisu was excellent. Also the views from the restaurant were spectacular, especially during the sunset. La Farandole is a perfect couples get away with a very good location, only a couple km walk from Sanary Sur Mer which had good restaurant and shops. We will definitely visit again.

The hotel was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very friendly and helpful. If we had time, the swimming pool seemed very welcome this July month. The room was a little sparse but with a refrigerator and kitchenette, so effective as it has a small balcony and air conditioning !! If you want to spend 15 days at *********s in a romantic and mouthful place, The hotel is not the best placed, but I recommend for the price and gentleness and the reception of the hostess that took our reservation.

Unbelievably disappointed with this hotel and a majority of its staff. We experienced a tragic void of cleanliness, professionalism and hospitality during our entire stay at the Mercure Hotel in Toulon, France. Unfortunately, our fruitless attempts to resolve these issues directly with on-site management (which does not exist) and corporate personnel (impossible to contact) leave us feeling violated of our dignity and robbed of our time and money. We hope the following information will help others in the future, including travelers, hospitality staff, Sébastien Bazin, Gilles Pélisson, and the like. CLEANLINESS: Upon our arrival, we could literally see dust and dirt on all of the shelves, counter tops, balconies and floors of the hotel and room. Even the carpet in the room was so dirty it stained the bottom of our clean socks. The toilet room smelled bad, like, well, a used toilet. We politely asked for it to be cleaned, however, no one ever came, not even to freshen up the room at any point during our stay. COMFORT: The air conditioning did not work in our room, ever. When we spoke to the front desk staff about the sweltering temperature of 90 degrees F in our room (even though the thermostat read 16 C) and were informed to “leave the room for awhile to let it work”. We left at 3:30PM and returned at 11PM to a less sweltering temperature of 85 degrees F in our room. We asked staff member available, Alexi/Alex at the front desk, if he could fix the thermostat. He begrudgingly came to take a look and was profusely sweating after one minute in the room. He could not turn on the air conditioning even though the thermostat read the same 16C. He said we could open the window, but that would just let in the bugs in and turn off the air completely. He also suggested we leave the room to wait 15 minutes for it to turn on…? Given that that strategy did not work when suggested earlier, we asked for a different room with working air conditioning. He laughed at us and said no because it would not make his manager happy. We said we would happily speak to the manager about the issue and he laughed again, said no, and stated management is not available on the weekends. We then asked for some sort of a solution and Alexi/Alex appeared annoyed and said “there is nothing to be done” and that he had to get back to his “other duties” at the hotel. Turns out it was actually the end of his shift and he did not want to stay any longer that his end time to deal with this problem. We noted that the sheets and bedding were surprisingly all polyester, which doesn’t breathe like cotton, and acts like a heat conductor and made it more difficult to achieve sleep. He laughed again and said all the rooms are the same and there is nothing to be done. We went back to the front desk to ask for help from the next staff member and found that the only person available was a very kind, intelligent security guard named Cherkre(sp?). The Best Western Hotel in Cassis has a great location, close to the beach and right in the heart of Cassis. The staff are also very helpful and friendly and were able to provide first aid after my partner had got a small graze from walking in a rocky area in the nearby national park. The breakfast was wonderful and we ate outside on the veranda surrounded by Jasmin plants! Thank you & we will definitely be back.

Cadière d’Azur is een schattig dorpje in de Provence, net weg van de highway, die goed hoorbaar is op de kamer. Het hotel is charmant, maar de kamer Favory die wij hadden moet hoognodig worden opgeknapt! De douche was kapot, kon niet gewoon meer hangen, het water liep niet weg en de cabine was het formaat van de jaren 70 van de vorige eeuw in een niet al te beste gîtes. Ook het schuifwandje van de douchecabine was kapot. De wc bril was oud en kapot! Voor de prijzen die dit hotel rekent, moet het veel beter‼️We lieten 5 overhemden, 5 slips en 5 paar sokken wassen en waren totaal verbijsterd over de prijs van € 97. Uiteindelijk werd € 25 afgetrokken, maar wij vonden het bizar, zeker gezien het feit dat onze kamer gewoon beneden alle peil was. Ik zou me schamen gasten zo te ontvangen! Het eten in zowel de bistro als het restaurant was heerlijk en authentiek, met een leuke touch vd Provence!
