"Location: Convenient — it’s just behind the hotel and within walking distance to Pantai Morib beach. However, going to town takes around 15–20 minutes if you want to find good local food. Cleanliness: The hotel room itself is okay, but the floor outside is not clean. Service: Very poor. The reception charged us an additional RM50 surcharge that was never mentioned on Trip.com. They insisted we check with Trip.com, and it took almost an hour before Trip.com agreed to refund the RM50 — a total waste of time! The two receptionists were even smiling while we were trying to resolve the issue, which was very rude and unprofessional. Facilities: Terrible. The waterpark is disappointing and requires an extra RM90 for entry. The hotel looks extremely old and poorly maintained — it seems like no upkeep has been done for a long time."
