Amazing
AAnonymous UserGreat location very close to the Opera House train station. Spacious common area and spacious room. All you need is there. Has coffee and food for sale and also a kitchen for you to cook your own food. Has a garden to chill in also. The bathroom is very clean. The space is quiet. Happy stay.
SSamThe hotel service is very good, the room is comfortable and clean, the location is ideal, there are many historical buildings, commercial streets and restaurants nearby
ZZactotoThis is our favourite hotel in Nuremberg!! Attention to detail on every step of the experience, their crews were simply amazing! They are happy to serve you, not one person but every staff that I encountered. I got a surprise birthday cake in my room with a hand written note, am truly grateful and heartfelt. So thank you, Karl August your neighbourhood hotel. 5 stars and beyond. We will be back again for sure!
KKaren hahahaThe location is incredibly convenient! There's a huge REWE supermarket right across the street, making shopping super easy. It's also very close to the subway station, about a five-minute walk. The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was beautifully designed and tidy, and all the necessary amenities were provided, making for a very comfortable stay. Overall, with its convenient transportation and excellent amenities, it's a highly recommended accommodation choice.
SshanjunbjuliThe room was quite clean, and they provided a large bottle of sparkling water. The size was just right, but the bed was incredibly soft, so much so that it gave me a backache. It's very close to the main train station, making transportation super convenient. Artisan's Street, with plenty of food options, is right across the road. It's also not far from the old city center, just about one subway stop away. I'd still highly recommend it.
SShuk YiClose to S Bahn station. 10 minutes' walk to the old town district where the wonderful Christmas markets are. Good location.
The best part is the breakfast, served from 6:30 - 10:30am. Very generous spread of bread, pastry, salad, sausages, grilled veggies, cheese, etc. We love the breakfast there.
Staff are helpful, warm and welcoming. The hair dryer broke down after a short use one evening. I brought it to the receptionist, he immediately checked it and gave me a new one.
The only downside is the shower cubicle is too small.
GGuest Usergood location really clost to the main train station and little walk to the town center. nice design good room, clean bath room. only problem the chaos in the reception. very busy , i make self check in and the sistem show me room 120, bed 1. i go up and the room is full and no space left. i go down i say my problem and the reception guy say my bed is number 4. i say ok but also is someone there. the answer: becouse i late check in (15:00 is late to him). give me other rommnow 317, bed 3. i go up and my bed also someone. i go down again and i say whats happen. he say he give me bed 5. i say he give me 3 not 5. i show the small card what he give and write there 3. and he say its not 3 is 5. maybe for you, but also say number 3 and his answer im not right , i remember wrong ( 15 minute s i not remember) . ok i dont care , im not play this game and just go and capture bed 5.
AAnonymous UserVery convenient location from the central station, just take the lift from the platform down to the passage underneath, one way to the hotel and another way to the shopping mall. Stay away from the busy old town but can walk their in 10 minutes.
Improvement on the instruction to the hotel from the cental station : direct the customers to take the lift at the end of the platform, after reaching the passage underneath, go towards the larger numbers of platform and the exit for the hotel will be there.
When we arrived at the station, there were so many people going up and down and no indication for lifts, maybe in German!
