Amazing
GGuest UserIt's close to the train station and takes less than 10 minutes to walk there. There are many restaurants around, and it is also close to the commercial street. There are supermarkets, Burger King, and McDonald's inside the train station. It's no problem if you are not used to local food. This location is very convenient. The apartment is quite large and has a terrace. Breakfast is at the ramen restaurant next to the hotel. There is a door directly through the hotel. At first glance, there doesn’t seem to be that much on display, and it’s not as sumptuous as those in some star-rated hotels, but the food here is the most comfortable and sumptuous among all the foreign hotels I’ve stayed in. Most of the restaurant employees are Vietnamese and speak average English, but they are very simple and work quietly. There was a middle-aged German female employee who was good at communication and very enthusiastic and meticulous. She didn't come the next day. In order to avoid others not understanding my needs, she specifically told them that she wanted to heat the meat for me before she left. Sure enough, when I was about to eat, they brought the heated fish and meat before I said anything. At No. 16 Spitalgasse, about 15 minutes' walk from the hotel, there is a very good German-style restaurant. Unlike other restaurants that put all the tables on the street, this restaurant is not easy to see from the outside, but the taste is very good and the price is good. Fairly, the portion is relatively large. Girls may need one portion of the main dish for two people. There are two Chinese waiters in the restaurant who speak Cantonese, which makes ordering a lot easier. If I go to Nuremberg again, I will choose this hotel again.
AAnonymous UserTwo rooms, same price, request to be next to each other, different bed sizes, don't know why.
Hotel service exceeded expectations, free late check-out for one hour was given very readily.
Breakfast was not bad, there is parking lot, 20 euros a day, you can go in and out, from check-in, you can park until 10 o'clock the next night, it is still very convenient, especially in the city center of Nuremberg, you can check out and continue to go shopping, don't worry about the parking fee.
It is very close to the must-see attractions, and you can visit the city center except Nuremberg Castle in two or three hours.
AAnonymous UserA few hundred meters away from the railway station but not much just around the hotel. Rooms were good, comfortable bed. Cleaning of the rooms a bit late, guess staff shortages are bad in Germany. Overall a good place to stay.
GGuest UserThis hotel doesn't have its own parking. If you're driving, you'll need to park in the underground lot at the Novotel next door and pay at their front desk when you leave. Everything else was fine, and the breakfast was quite good.
TThe EnglishmanLittle hi hiccup at check but got an upgrade so no matter! Service was great, breakfast choices excellent, location next to main station, and a few steps into the old city, would recommend staying here!!!
MM295993****This hotel is conveniently located and the accommodations are decent, clean, and hygienic. However, the service attitude is really poor, and the management is also bad. Out of the five hotels I booked in Germany, all the others were very satisfactory; this one was unexpectedly terrible. Comparing it with the others, it seems they only treated us Chinese poorly, while being very polite to Caucasians. Specifically, the two women who helped us with check-in and check-out deliberately made me wait for half a minute or more, even when there were no other guests, and even chatted with colleagues or stared at the computer for no apparent reason. Other Caucasian guests were served immediately. Also, we clearly booked for two adults and two children, and all the other hotels arranged a sofa bed or a quad room, but only this one didn't. We had to pay extra for that arrangement. It's truly disappointing 👎
VVivibabeA really nice hotel with good price! I have remarkable 2 days in Nuernberg. Location is really nice 8min to the train stop 8min to the bus stop, reception answers fast and 24h’s service if you meet problems you can tell them anytime. Free coffee, water ,beer and tea and you can get some snacks and candy! It’s amazing when you coming you can find a pocket of candy on your bed.The institution always good, room is big and with 3 towels,1 heated,1TV.Next time I will reserve it again.thanks for every staff give a remarkable holiday Merry Christmas!
AAnonymous UserVery convenient location from the central station, just take the lift from the platform down to the passage underneath, one way to the hotel and another way to the shopping mall. Stay away from the busy old town but can walk their in 10 minutes.
Improvement on the instruction to the hotel from the cental station : direct the customers to take the lift at the end of the platform, after reaching the passage underneath, go towards the larger numbers of platform and the exit for the hotel will be there.
When we arrived at the station, there were so many people going up and down and no indication for lifts, maybe in German!
GGuest UserThat's an ok hotel. They had serious issues with the room keys so checking in took forever and the staff had to accompany me twice to the room until they understood that it's really the key that's not working. And I was not the only guest with this problem this evening. I'd definitely hoped for a more professional behavior.
GGuest UserIt is very close to the exhibition center, a 15-minute walk, which is quite convenient for people attending meetings. The front desk staff is very professional and can call a taxi for you. There is a kettle in the room, but no toothpaste and slippers. Fortunately, I brought my own. Everything else is good, and there is heating.
The hotel has a buffet on Saturday morning. The breakfast room is clean and tidy, with a rich variety of dishes, including Nuremberg's specialty small intestines, salmon and various fruits. But I don't know why, starting from Monday, breakfast is no longer a buffet. It is changed to staff serving according to portions. The amount of dishes is large, but the variety is much less. Maybe there is no exhibition on Monday, so there are fewer people? There is a beautiful country park next to it.
But you can't have your cake and eat it too. It's about 5 kilometers away from the city, and it costs about 18 euros to take a taxi. In short, it is still very convenient for meetings.
