Amazing
GGuest UserIt's close to the train station and takes less than 10 minutes to walk there. There are many restaurants around, and it is also close to the commercial street. There are supermarkets, Burger King, and McDonald's inside the train station. It's no problem if you are not used to local food. This location is very convenient. The apartment is quite large and has a terrace. Breakfast is at the ramen restaurant next to the hotel. There is a door directly through the hotel. At first glance, there doesn’t seem to be that much on display, and it’s not as sumptuous as those in some star-rated hotels, but the food here is the most comfortable and sumptuous among all the foreign hotels I’ve stayed in. Most of the restaurant employees are Vietnamese and speak average English, but they are very simple and work quietly. There was a middle-aged German female employee who was good at communication and very enthusiastic and meticulous. She didn't come the next day. In order to avoid others not understanding my needs, she specifically told them that she wanted to heat the meat for me before she left. Sure enough, when I was about to eat, they brought the heated fish and meat before I said anything. At No. 16 Spitalgasse, about 15 minutes' walk from the hotel, there is a very good German-style restaurant. Unlike other restaurants that put all the tables on the street, this restaurant is not easy to see from the outside, but the taste is very good and the price is good. Fairly, the portion is relatively large. Girls may need one portion of the main dish for two people. There are two Chinese waiters in the restaurant who speak Cantonese, which makes ordering a lot easier. If I go to Nuremberg again, I will choose this hotel again.
AAnonymous UserTwo rooms, same price, request to be next to each other, different bed sizes, don't know why.
Hotel service exceeded expectations, free late check-out for one hour was given very readily.
Breakfast was not bad, there is parking lot, 20 euros a day, you can go in and out, from check-in, you can park until 10 o'clock the next night, it is still very convenient, especially in the city center of Nuremberg, you can check out and continue to go shopping, don't worry about the parking fee.
It is very close to the must-see attractions, and you can visit the city center except Nuremberg Castle in two or three hours.
SSamThe hotel service is very good, the room is comfortable and clean, the location is ideal, there are many historical buildings, commercial streets and restaurants nearby
GGuest UserClose to the old town, train station and just 20 minutes train from airport. Perfect location for a few day trip in Nuremberg. A big hotel with many rooms. The staff is nice but the number of persons to check-in is many. So may need 10-20 minutes when needed. Most of the spots and restaurants are within walking distance. The room is big enough and the price is reasonable. Recommended
AAnonymous UserA few hundred meters away from the railway station but not much just around the hotel. Rooms were good, comfortable bed. Cleaning of the rooms a bit late, guess staff shortages are bad in Germany. Overall a good place to stay.
GGuest UserThis hotel doesn't have its own parking. If you're driving, you'll need to park in the underground lot at the Novotel next door and pay at their front desk when you leave. Everything else was fine, and the breakfast was quite good.
GGuest UserBooked a single room, the whole is OK and clean, the front desk and the overall external decoration are also very good, breakfast is not bad. But in this room, the bathroom is too small, and it is assigned to a room near the elevator on each floor. The elevator occupies the position of the normal bathroom. So, plus the bathroom door is opened, the aisle is about 30 cm very forced, especially washing is very inconvenient. The items provided in the room are quite complete, but the location of the socket and switch is too inconvenient. The single bed does not have a large gap in front of the bed. The corners are even messy wires and plug-in boards. In addition, there is no refrigerator.
GGuest Userthe room was beautiful and spacious, and breakfast was adequate, though some variety would have been a bonus. quiet location away from the hustle and bustle was something we appreciated!
however, perhaps we’re not used to this, but no water and no fridge were provided. also, there was a constant sewage smell from the toilet bowl.
overall, still a pleasant stay and good value for what we paid:)
AAnonymous UserVery convenient location from the central station, just take the lift from the platform down to the passage underneath, one way to the hotel and another way to the shopping mall. Stay away from the busy old town but can walk their in 10 minutes.
Improvement on the instruction to the hotel from the cental station : direct the customers to take the lift at the end of the platform, after reaching the passage underneath, go towards the larger numbers of platform and the exit for the hotel will be there.
When we arrived at the station, there were so many people going up and down and no indication for lifts, maybe in German!
GGuest UserThat's an ok hotel. They had serious issues with the room keys so checking in took forever and the staff had to accompany me twice to the room until they understood that it's really the key that's not working. And I was not the only guest with this problem this evening. I'd definitely hoped for a more professional behavior.
