SSS7768First of all, it is falsely advertised as 5 star hotel. At best, I would rate it as 4 - star hotel. Room service is slow.

GGuest UserFrom the moment of arrival, check in at Hyatt Regency Dehradhun and services rendered by staff of housekeeping, food & beverage and front desk, everyone was so so eager to help. Not once they made us feel they were overwhelmed by work given the fact there were so many guests staying at the Hotel. They had a big wedding group too as Hyatt was hosting a wedding at the same time. Well Done!!! Hyatt ALL YOUR Staff are 6-Star Performers, Keep It Up and My BIG THANK YOU TO YOUR WONDERFUL STAFF👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

GGuest UserThe stay was good, the amenities and the rooms where quite good and were as displayed. One staff members behaviour was not that good but it was neutral. While check in the lady on the counter asked me to write full address despite having my aadhar photocopy. She started judging us because of our look. It was disappointing but other staff and watchman was polite and helpful. Food was quite good but little expensive.

GGuest UserThe stay was average. But the staffs are very cooperative. And food from restaurant was really tasty and they served it very fast after keeping order. Toilet did not get proper hot water rest everything was fine.

GGuest UserIf you compare to a price it was a decent stay if you are looking for a one day stay as it was very close to railway station and most of the trekking pick up points. Hot water was only available from 6am till afternoon. They can improve a bit in hygiene as bed sheets were not clean and flush was not working but the hotel staff was helpful. One can find good pure vegetarian food options nearby only.
