Mirissa Hotels with Bars

酒店的環境優美，很安靜，裝修設計很有質感，看到山下的視野非常漂亮，距離海邊和熱鬧的小鎮也不遠，地理位置可以説相當優秀。但由於酒店位於一座小山的山頂上，上下山的路很窄且泥濘，車輛很難上下山，當我們好不容易到了山頂，和酒店工作人員商量退房時請他們用酒店的tuktuk車幫我們把行李帶下山，（當晚我們幾個家庭共定了5個房間，行李之多可想而知）竟然遭到拒絕，就連我提出會給一定的小費，也沒答應，真的絕了！我們平時走路上下山也就罷了，那麼多行李怎麼帶下去？酒店連這一點都不為客人考慮，實在有些過分了。連我們的司機，一個斯里蘭卡當地人，也批評酒店服務差。最後幸虧我們的司機給力，通過熟人聯繫到了酒店負責人，後安排服務工作人員把我們行李帶下去了，收了2000盧比的小費。但不好的服務體驗還是給我們留下了不好的印象。

The hotel is on one side of the road and on the other side of the beach. Sea view rooms are highly recommended. The road rooms are too noisy

The hotel is a five-story building. There are 17 rooms. Give a top-floor sea view family room, the scenery is super beautiful, overlooking the entire bay of the Meilusha cruise ship and fish boat. Some of the fourth floor is a small open-air swimming pool. Just under the window. Without an elevator, the customer service brother will help with the suitcase, and he will give 100 rupees. The bathroom design feels a little strange.

Mirissa Gate is an excellent hotel with a fantastic team managing. Everyone was so nice, incredibly helpful and they felt more like family members by the end of the stay. Nothing was too much trouble. There were days we missed breakfast time and they still made us a huge buffet breakfast! They organised our trips we wanted to do and they even upgraded our room for free, for no reason. It was just avaliable! Out of all the places we stayed in Sri Lanka, this was our favourite. It is right on the beach and not far from the famous mirissa beach which is either a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute tuk tuk ride, which the hotel help organised too. Loved our stay and would highly recommend.
