IIrina TiutiunikVery good location on a quiet street away from noise and night beach twist. The nearest exit to the beach is the beginning of the bay where the least people are. Minutes at 20 sicket beach.
The hosts are a kind family, always ready to help and hint, very quiet and unnoticed. A spacious villa is still in 3 rooms, in plans to build the second floor. A common kitchen with all necessary (chef, refrigerator, dishes) and a dining table. A common cozy living room with a sofa, chairs and table. In the common area there are fans.
In the rooms a good air conditioner and showers with hot water. Convenient mattresses and pillows. Everything is very clean!!! For 4 days we changed towels and issued trash packages. Very much to return here again! Recommended!

TTriptacular7We stayed for a week at this hotel and later prolonged our stay after traveling to other places in Sri Lanka. Mirissa is amazing. And this hotel's location is perfect, next to beautiful Zouk restaurant. We could also relax on the terrace and enjoy the sunset, watching flying foxes. The room was nice and clean. We had everything we needed. The best local breakfast we have had in Sri Lanka with green curry. The owner family is incredibly nice and friendly. They helped us with any question and were always polite and smiling. It was a very pleasant stay. When we return to Sri Lanka we'll stay at this hotel in Mirissa.

На втором этаже есть балконы.Вкусный завтрак, за 14 дней повторений не было. Расположена на горке, поэтому с океана всегда лёгкий бриз. Немного на удалении от центра, поэтому тихо, бегают обезьяны и павлины. В пешей доступности три пляжа с разной инфраструктурой, две семейных кафешки с местной домашней кухней и соками. Нам очень понравилось.

This spot is perfect to soak up everything Mirissa beach has to offer. It’s right by the main beach in the town with options for Snorkling, whale watching, dining, drinking, parrot island & coconut tree hill just minutes away.
The room was lovely, spacious & clean. We had a very small problem of monkeys coming onto our balcony during the night & rearranged our chairs & drying clothes for us but the friendly staff took care of everything in the morning.
The perfect hotel to enjoy Mirissa.

MMtngTriple O Six boasts a great location, right across from Coconut Hill, and offers spacious, well-designed rooms. However, the floors always seem slightly damp for some reason, which can get on your nerve. Another downside is the breakfast buffet charge—at 5000 LKR per person, it's just exorbitant. Despite these issues, the hotel remains a solid option for its location and comfort, just get your breakfast somewhere else.

AAnonymous UserMy wife and I stayed here during our vacation in Sri Lanka, choosing it because of the high Google ratings. The location really impressed us. The hotel is literally a step away from the beach and less than five minutes’ walk to town, which made it very convenient. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach and listening to the waves was easily the best part of the stay.
The lobby was simple but acceptable, and there is a seafood restaurant right next to the hotel.
At check-in, there was a small hiccup. I booked through Trip.com, but they couldn’t find my booking at first. After about ten minutes, they managed to sort it out and confirmed that the booking came via Agoda. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, even offering us a drink on arrival.
Our room on the second floor had a great view of the sea. The shower had good water pressure, although the bathroom could use better ventilation. The toiletries seemed diluted, so we ended up using our own.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning became a real problem. It leaked so badly that the room flooded twice, soaking my shoes. Despite my request for a pail to manage the water, they initially only gave floor mats, which was very frustrating. By the time they finally sent a pail, it was too late. We barely slept that night because of the constant dripping sound.
Overall, the location and friendliness of the staff were strong points, but the poor handling of the air conditioning issue really spoiled our experience.

GGuest UserThis is a guest house, not a hotel in classical understanding. Here the atmosphere is made by the host service: it is very good. He advised the places, brought a new crossover to the roast instead of broken, allowed to use hot water and gas in the kitchen... In general the place is good. We didn't like a noisy street from which nowhere to go: in 5-6 in the morning already pursued tuck-tucks. With hot water there may be problems.

KKiryakovaНебольшой отельчик в 50 метрах от океана. Местоположение отличное. Очень вкусные завтраки, на выбор омлет, скрамбл, яичница плюс йогурт, фрукты, тосты и кофе. Номер очень простой без телевизора, но нам его и не надо было. По вечерам комары, как в России. Ночью, если не закрыть дверь, в номер могут залезть бурундуки и порыться в чемодане и съесть вашу еду)))))). В общем отель хороший, рекомендую
