"The hotel is new, with clean rooms with an acceptable dimension. In terms of location, the hotel is well connected in terms of public transportation (that is free in Luxembourg) but is a bit isolated (it’s in a new area surrounded by construction work and/or offices/ residences (during the weekend and holidays was deserted). Finding a place for dinner at walking distance during the weekend was a challenge and the hotel doesn’t offer option besides a simple breakfast.

NNaamLoosMy room is on the 3rd floor. The insulation is bad and I can hear the neighbours talking, and even worse,
there is Non-stop music at the ground floor every evening at least until 00:30, which makes me crazy. Called to lower the volume, but nothing happened.

SSuantouJEWELThere are two Novotel hotels in the same area. I asked for directions and a staff member guided me to the correct one. Parking was very tight, both outdoors and indoors, but the front desk lady said that some spots on P3 and P4 were free to use because the offices upstairs were closed for the weekend. 😂. The room was very comfortable, and I slept really well. It was very convenient to get to the city center as the T1 tram line was right outside.

MMarkVery modern, about 30 minutes from the city when you walk to the tram etc. The service was slow, some issues with the air-conditioning unit took a while to fix. I appreciate that they advertise. They have a free bar in the room but it really is a couple of soft drinks. A coffee machine would have been a welcome addition to the room, otherwise the room was comfortable.

WWongwutThe location is close to bus and central train station. At the time of my stay there was a street reconstruction just in front of the hotel. Staffs are great and attentive. Breakfast was good and plenty. My single room was tiny but comfy. Only problem I had was a slow drainage of the shower (Mini 16).

GGuest UserLocation was good, but service was underrated, we booked from trip for 2 adults and one baby but they received confirmation for 2 adults, we need to explain the status one more time. Room was small and with baby bed it became more smaller. Air conditioning was with separated klima unit inside the room. For bathroom they don’t have slippers. Check-in was 4.00pm almost evening :)

GGuest UserThis hotel was a great find. Room was sparklingly clean and comfortable. Equipped with hairdryer, iron, mini bar and plenty of bathroom amenities. Perfectly located opposite the main train station, just a 20 min walk into centre or a 5 min tram ride. Staff were friendly and helpful. The Asian restaurant attached to the hotel was very good and reasonably priced. I would certainly stay here again.

GGuest UserReally nice hotel. Well equiped and tidy room, also really stylish. Fridge as well as some coffe, tea and water kettle. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast is quite expensive, as well as parking, so I would recommend parking outside the city, using P+R. Great location, friendly staff. Would go there again.
