GGuest UserCheck-in was from 3:00, but we arrived at 11:00, so we wanted to leave our luggage, so we asked the front desk, and they said that we could leave our luggage there, and we could come right away. It was very helpful, and we could relax in the room and then go out on foot to see the city. We appreciate their flexible response.
The location is in front of the bus stop and near the main sightseeing spots in Queretaro, so it is very convenient.
The only disappointments were that the shower temperature was not high enough, and when we went to the toilet, the light was on and the exhaust fan was quite loud, so we woke up our companion when we went to the toilet in the middle of the night. It may have been a problem only with the room we used. The room was more than enough.
The breakfast was a buffet with a variety of dishes. *We ordered food and they cooked it for us, but the omelette was delicious and I had two plates. The waitresses were quick and I felt good, so I left a 50 peso tip.

KKANYANI went to visit customers nearby and stayed in this hotel. It is very convenient. The most important thing is that the service is very good. The night before leaving the store, I pestered the lady at the front desk to ask about the transportation method of Queretaro to Mexico City Airport. The ticket was printed out for me. It was nearly an hour before and after. I didn’t feel impatient at all. I didn’t want to tip the young lady, but I forced to give it to her later.
Because I stayed for 2 nights, I left a tip for cleaning the room the next day, but I left it intact and didn't take it (is it too small).
When I went to the customer’s side, the front desk made an appointment for the morning car. The hotel arranged a car to take me off, and there was no charge.
There is a large shopping mall, liverpool, about 5 minutes' walk away. If you have time, you can go shopping. There is a large supermarket where you can buy some local things and bring them back to your country as gifts.

RRobert JinThis hotel is located in a relatively central location. The room is large, but the lighting is poor. This is because we couldn't draw up the curtains during the day since the room was visible from outside. The biggest problem for the room is it has no table space. Image a large room with a few very small tabletops. We ended up putting things on the floor. The large space is totally wasted.

Facilities: Very good, room temperature swimming pool, heating; gym basic equipment
Hygienic: OK, the carpet is a common problem, there is always a taste
Environment: There is a supermarket next to it, shopping is convenient, but there are pigeons gathering here, the smell of bird shit is too heavy, not cleaned, the trees are all
Service: The front desk service is very good, the three front desk services I met are very good. The management is doing well.

SSophita23The environment is good and the location is okay if you have a car. The hotel is a little outdated but the bedrooms are still okay and comfortable. We stayed for a week. Nothing much to complain. Service is good. The only negative thing is that we could hear the noise coming from the hallway and even from other bedrooms.
