They went above and beyond for us: the front office stars Nazima and Ishfaq welcomed us with genuine warmth and made check-in a breeze with their efficiency and smiles, while Faizan went the extra mile to swiftly arrange our gondola ride booking to Apharwat Peak! Dining at Cloves Restaurant was a highlight – Junaid Mir, Tawheed Dar, Mubeena, Firdous, and Sajad delivered outstanding service with flavourful Kashmiri cuisine and personalized attention. Meals felt like home-cooked feasts with a fine-dining twist. The temperature-controlled swimming pool was an absolute delight in the crisp mountain air, perfectly maintained by Touseef and Tamzila, who ensured a relaxing oasis amid the chill.
