Dining at Cloves Restaurant was a highlight – Junaid Mir, Tawheed Dar, Mubeena, Firdous, and Sajad delivered outstanding service with flavourful Kashmiri cuisine and personalized attention. Meals felt like home-cooked feasts with a fine-dining twist. The temperature-controlled swimming pool was an absolute delight in the crisp mountain air, perfectly maintained by Touseef and Tamzila, who ensured a relaxing oasis amid the chill. "Hotel does not have basic facilities like warm room and hot water which are essential in cold weather of gulmarg, the heaters were on from 7 pm till 11 pm and hotel informed that it’s as per their policy. This hotel is situated far away from gulmerg. We booked hotel based on earlier reviews but i think they are all managed with make my trip. The food was also not at all good, hygienic, our stay was worst experience after paying huge money for two days"
