The air conditioning blew very strong air, making the room very dry; I suggest adjusting the main unit. There was a lot of dust on the clothes rack, windowsill, and display table, likely due to the dark furniture making the dust appear more noticeable. Perhaps changing the cleaning cloths would be helpful, as cleanliness is important. There's an underground parking garage, and it's located in a relatively central location. The service was good, the front desk staff were very polite, and parking was free with a parking voucher. The soundproofing was quite good, making it relatively quiet. Overall, it's not bad, but slightly inferior to other brands in other cities. The price is mid-to-high range for the local area, so I suggest improving the value for money."
