Bazhou Joy Hotel
9.7 (510 reviews)

Bazhou Joy Hotel ★★★★★

📍 No. 88, Yijin Middle Road, Bazhou

"This hotel in Hebei Province is a hidden gem! If you're looking for a place to take the kids for some summer water fun, this is it. Everything from dining to entertainment is all-inclusive and absolutely fantastic. The environment, cleanliness, and service are all top-notch. You don't even have to leave the hotel to access the mall directly. My parents stayed here for a week with the kids and felt completely safe and secure. The front desk staff were also incredibly warm and welcoming. We initially planned to go to Beidaihe, but after thinking about the hygiene there, we decisively opted out. I'm so glad we chose Haiyue in the end; we're absolutely thrilled! We'll definitely be back next year with the whole family! If they could convert the pool into a hot spring for winter, we'd definitely come back for the winter break too! It's also just a few minutes from Bazhou Station, making it convenient whether you're driving or taking the high-speed train."

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The reception service was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I especially appreciated the convenient shuttle service to the train station, which made my trip much easier. The hotel also provides snacks and thoughtful little extras for guests, which was a nice touch. Everything was handled professionally, communication was smooth, and the overall atmosphere was very comfortable. The location and surroundings are also very nice. Overall, I had a great experience and would be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended."

"I've stayed here several times, the price is right, the hygiene is okay, and the lighting is a bit dim. The air conditioner can't keep up the temperature in winter, and the surrounding shopping malls are over 500 meters away. Shengfang Station is ten kilometers away and can be reached by taxi in more than 20 minutes."

"The room facilities are very good, and the new decoration does not have a strong smell. The air conditioner cannot be used. I hope your hotel will solve it quickly, after all, the weather is getting hotter and hotter... As for the front desk service's suggestion to open the window to cool down, it is better not to suggest it in the future. If mosquitoes, rats, and ants come in and bite the guests, it is also asking for trouble, let alone thieves, so don't suggest it like this... As for the service and facilities, I gave it four stars because the glass of the hotel door was wiped too clean... There is no sign yet, and the linen delivery car just blocked the main door. When I went out, I hit the glass, which was so painful... My head was stunned... My nose bridge was a little painful later, and my lips were also broken. I was sitting next to it at the time. The lobby service staff also came to ask, but they didn't get close. They asked from a distance... Actually, there is really no need to worry about anything. It is okay to come over and ask. Why stay so far away? I feel really uncomfortable, but as long as the person is fine, I will not hold the hotel responsible. But I really want to talk about this matter. I hope the hotel can take measures to prevent similar things from happening again. If it happens again, what if you encounter unreasonable guests... Haha..."
