MMARCELHOTruly felt that this hotel is the best location if u ever visited Mont saint michel , France .
For my opinion is all about getting a nice photo.
The restaurant & cafe is the only one in town with the whole castle as ur backdrop.
Is very accessible as the bus from Pontorson train station stop in front of the hotel as well as the free shuttle crossing the bridge to month saint michel.
All rooms have an open balcony which I loved it because you will feel connected with the nature .
Bonus: there is a small path that cut tru the vast grass land to this amazing poster like photo spot , just google Méandres from ur hotel and is about 1.3km walk to there.( if is after rain , bring a boots it gets muddy )

GGuest UserI traveled to Mont Saint-Michel alone and found this hotel to stay in a nearby town. Because I arrived at midnight, the hotel door was closed. After knocking on the door for ten minutes, the store owner finally opened the door, avoiding sleeping on the street. Although it was midnight, the store owner still enthusiastically helped with the luggage, which I give a thumbs up. The room was still very clean. Because I had to rush to Mont Saint-Michel early the next morning, I didn't feel the hotel well.

DDrignoidThis place is in a really good location and easy to find. Travel light though as there are no lifts and narrow staircases to carry your luggage. As most old places in Europe there is no air conditioning, so be prepared. You needed to step over the bath to shower so take that into consideration too. Our room was clean and had a small refrigerator, bonus in Europe. The restaurant has a good menu and drink selection. English is spoken, if required. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

GGuest UserReally great experience and would recommend if you want to visit Le Mont Saint-Michel during off-peak times of day. The views from the room were great and we liked that we could leave our luggage with reception prior to and after our reservation. The room wasn’t as clean as it could be, but somewhat expected for that old of a building and given the rain/humidity and sand.

GGuest UserIt was a pleasant stay. The receptionists were very polite and helpful and rooms were nice and clean. The location is perfect, there is free shuttle bus stop right in front of the hotel or you can walk to Mont Saint Michelle which takes about 30-40 minutes.

KKANDAI think it's a room like a Japanese business hotel, so I like it, but it was clean and I was satisfied.
The only disappointment was that the reception, breakfast restaurant and rooms were all in separate buildings and had to walk a little. And the building with the room is very hard to understand. I was explained in English but I couldn't understand. At the time of my check-in, another customer (French) was just trying to check in, and he said, `` Because we are checking in now, let's go to the room building '', so we went together Was. I was able to go to the room immediately because they were there, but if I were alone, I might not have been able to get to the room.
I had such a serious thought, but the room was beautiful and there was no problem after check-in. Except that the shower water pressure was weak.
We stayed at the island of Mont-Saint-Michel cheaply and were quite satisfied.
Finally, the location of the reception is just up the stairs in front of the famous omelet store (pictured).
And stairs (photo) to go to the room building.
The breakfast restaurant faces the street so you can see it right away.

The location is very good in 1.2 minutes walk from the entrance.
On this trip, I had to leave this hotel at AM6 and I had a very good response.
Arrange shuttle bus to the outside of Sakai Island
Taxi arrangement from outside Sakai Island to Granville station
Breakfast is prepared despite the breakfast time
He wrote the flow of the day on paper and told me to respond best.
The receptionist felt a little old, but the room was clean and there was no place to feel dissatisfied.
Because it was early in the morning, it was not possible to see the morning tan of Mont Saint Michel, but it was possible to enjoy the quiet cityscape at night.
Recommended hotel if you are considering it in the future.
