GGuest UserThe hotel is next to Lake Michigan and has a beautiful scenery. The room was clean and tidy, with microwave air conditioning and no slippers, toothbrush bottled water. Breakfast is relatively simple, can not expect to be as rich as domestic, apples and a meaty salty porridge are what I like, eat every day. The hotel service is very satisfactory, there is an episode, can not check out early, Trip.com did not inform online. On the last night, I applied for early check-out. Trip.com I told me that I could not refund. I planned to go back and continue to live. As a result, the hotel refunded the room, but the room rate was not refunded. At my request, the hotel manager helped me book a nearby hotel and pay for it myself. I negotiated with Trip.com customer service for two or three days and gave me a refund. This took a lot of time for me, and I also shocked a lot of customer service staff. The service is in place. You must pay attention to the details of overseas reservations, which really makes travel without worries.

GGavin_YuClose to the black area, the price is cheap, next to Wal-Mart Best Buy and other supermarkets, close to the highway junction and Chinese restaurants. Higher cost performance will stay next time.
