"We were looking forward to stay in this hotel for relaxation and nice view, however, the cleanliness was very disappointing! Hairs could be found on bed, bath towel with dirt inside, and the shower place also with hairs! We felt so disgusting about this. Besides, they provide microwave and stove for simple cooking but not providing any kitchenware for using.. so are they expecting us to carry our own dishes and bowls to their hotel? I think the hotel doesn’t worth this price. If it’s a low price hotel it would be more acceptable . But provided that its around 300 CFH per night I think we deserve a better and cleaner room."

"We stayed in the Mexican suite Viva México. It was absolutely amazing. Everything was just fantastic. The outdoor hotpot was very nice and the sauna was also very cool. The food in the room in the evening was delicious and the breakfast that was brought to the door in the morning rounded off the great weekend. It was a perfect weekend."

Berghaus Niederhorn

"My boyfriend and I chose to stay in one of the rooms at Niederhorn. It was the most amazing experience watching the sunset from the top of the mountain. The included breakfast the next morning was superb. Would recommend at least a visit, but staying the night made it magical "

"The hosts Dani and Linda were very hospitable and helpful. The breakfast was great and the view was breathtaking. I was travelling alone so my room only had a double bed and was small, but that didn't really matter. There are bigger rooms for couples. Also, it's a short walk to the free bus to Interlaken. The room was spotlessly clean and the price was great, which was great value for money."

"The hotel is in a perfect location. It's quiet, cool, and peaceful. The air is spotlessly clean. The owner, Mr. Vlad, is a man who loves his job. Upon arrival, he spent about an hour informing us about Interlaken and the surrounding area. He made a list of things to do. He's a candidate for honorary tourism ambassador 😊 He told us to call him if you need anything. I didn't see him upon checkout, but I'll thank him again. The room was large enough, but the bathroom and toilet were a bit out of place. The balcony was great for enjoying the view and breathing. We had no problems with the cleanliness of the equipment. Parking was helpful. If you bring something to cook or heat up, you can cook and eat it in your room. You can also take the bus to Interlaken and back. In short, I highly recommend the hotel. We were very pleased."
