"The hotel is about 1 km away from the core attractions, which is more convenient. It is a little far from the train station 2.4. The hotel is located on the third floor with an elevator. The room is spacious, with balcony, public bathroom, clean and hygienic, the hotel is generally satisfied, but there are 3 points I personally feel that I need to improve.
First, the mattress is too soft, and I have a sore back and back, which is very uncomfortable.
Second, the hotel has no front desk, and check-in needs to be accompanied by the owner's time, which is inconvenient.
Third, the hotel requires an extra charge for checking out at 11 o'clock, and it is the only hotel I have encountered in Spain that charges extra baggage fees for customers who check out on the same day, which is not considerate enough for residents."

"Our European trip went to the UK, Spain and Italy, and this small boutique hotel in Palermo, Sicily is definitely the warmest hotel we have ever stayed in. Not only is it in a great location, you can walk everywhere, the hotel has a retro and elegant design, and there is also a There is a beautiful large courtyard to enjoy the sun and drink coffee. The room assigned to us is a duplex with two bedrooms, which is especially suitable for family travel. The breakfast is delicious and great juice is always available. The best thing is Fanny, the butler, who is the best we have ever seen. The perfect host not only introduced us to great restaurants, but also recommended us to a private place, a mansion of a Sicilian nobleman. The count introduced us to the history of his family, making our trip to Sicily full of surprises. Highly recommended to everyone"

NNatallia VitskoMy stay here was incredible! I really enjoyed Mondello in total, but staying here made my trip the best. I love the building and its surroundings and how close it is to the beach (literally 10 minutes and you're there!). My room was also perfect - clean, spacious, everything needed and even more. The hosts were also lovely. I am planning to go back to Mondello in the spring next year, and I'm definitely staying here!

GGuest UserI wasn’t too impressed as I only found out my room have a private bathroom outside of the room upon checking in (might have overlooked ghe description). This was a bit frustrating because it’s very inconvenient to walk a public space to use the toilet and shower facilities. Having stayed at a nearby accommodation the night before, which delivered much more than this place for the same price, I’m afraid I wouldn’t recommend residenza Wagner.

HHSIAO LING TINGThe location is very convenient to access train station as well as the central old town. The area is part of the old town with many neighborhoods bars and restaurants. The hotel is a renovated old building, definitely has its character and some issues. But we are feeling comfortable during the stay.

GGuest UserGreat location. Clean, food and bus stations nearby. Sufficient if you’re not planning on spending tons of time in the room. If however you need a place to get a good nights rest this may not be your best bet. The walls are extremely thin, I could hear the other tenants through the walls and even the people they were on the phone with past 1 am. Traffic outside the window can also be heard very clearly. If you’re not a light sleeper this is a good stay.

First, this is the cleanest place I saw in my trip. They ask you every morning if you want a cleaning when they bring you breakfast. The bathroom/shower room is modern and same as the picture. The body soap, shampoo, conditioner was a Sicily one that was very nice of them. The public space was so good, they had balcony so it would be great to take pictures for instagram.
Secondly, the breakfast. Insanely great. You can choose 2 things from about 15 types of dishes such as sandwiches or yogurt or fruits. For drink you can pick 1 from about 15 types such as cappuccino or hot chocolate. They have milk choices like oat milk and almond milk that is amazing in this price. For spread, you can choose 2 from about 10 types such as honey or Nutella or almond butter or many flavors of jam. For a dessert, you can choose a cake from 2 or 3 types they have that day. You can choose where you want to eat room or public space.
Thirdly, the staffs were a lot more kind and friendly then the average of sicily.

GGuest UserThe B&B only have 3 rooms with great location. It is a minute walk from the bus terminal and central train station. The major sightseeing points are within walking distance. The old building has a lift which is easy for travellers with heavy luggage. The owner is responsive to any query and is helpful.

GGuest UserThe hotel was not obvious for us - when we arrived, we drove around for about 10 minutes looking for a sign before parking on the wrong side of the road, and having to call for instructions. It was our fault, as the hotel tried contacting us earlier in the day but we did not have signal to take the call. Once we were instructed to the right place, it was super straightforward as Gianluca buzzed us in remotely, and upon verifying ID, let us into the unit and our bedroom. The lift in the building was super cool - for this experience alone I recommend staying in this hotel.
The room was charming. Our previous hotel was a suite so this felt a bit small, but it was homely all the same. The small downside was how warm it felt in the room. The air conditioning wouldn't work with the windows open, but it wasn't running very strong. At night, we preferred keeping the window open for some fresh air instead. The poster bed added a quaint and romantic feel to the room, and we were absolutely spoilt with a surprise of a bottle of Prosecco as a gift! Of course, the highlight of the whole place was the jacuzzi in the bathroom. As we both had to do some work and also were tired from a road trip, all of these little touches made the stay in this hotel incredibly luxurious for us. I really recommend this place for a romantic getaway or a honeymoon.

YYvonne12On the arrival day, the owner never sent me a message on how or where to check in. Luckily, i am smart enough to google and ask people on the building. Finally, I managed to find my way to the unit after hours of finding it. The lady owner didn't bother to apologise that they didn't send any message, but well, just one night, so i didn't bother it much.

PPloyMahaIt's not suitable for people who have big suitcases, its on the top floor (5th floor), the entrance of the apartment is scary, dark with no lights, stairs very small its not good if you carry a lot of things with you, you can fell down easily. They not allow to use pulley (its not broken). Overall not a good experience for me.

GGala NaumenkoЗдание находится хотя и вне туристической зоны, но буквально в 150-200 м от нее, сразу за Норманнским замком с капеллой Палатина. Я не сразу нашла по гугл-картам, запуталась в развилках улиц. Удобнее всего оказалось не поворачивать сразу направо, а пройти чуть вперед до первого пешеходного перехода и на противоположной стороне спуститься через арку по лестнице, потом налево и после поворота улицы направо на пешеходном переходе перейти на параллельную левую улицу к кондитерской. В первом доме в переулке слева Camelot. Долгое объяснение, на самом деле очень близко от ворот замка. Нужно обязательно связаться по телефону накануне, сообщить время приезда, постоянной стойки регистрации там нет. Номер был очень чистый, белье свежее, отличные завтраки, дружелюбные сотрудники, спасибо
