"Hair dryer didn’t work & no solution offered. Pool was green. Maid service didn’t happen after requesting it. Arrived at appointed time for breakfast & front desk said they were out of food so they closed it. Check out time on back of door says noon. Housekeeping arrived at 10:45 to tell us it is 11 AM. This place was great 10 years ago, but it is terrible now! Don’t stay here!"

"This place is a dump. Pool has green water. Room service only works certain hours so you are responsible for getting new towels. Bathroom shower was broken. Could not adjust the mixing valve. No water pressure because of mixing valve problem."

"The service was terrible. I had to call someone to the desk to check in, my room wasn’t ready, when I checked out, no one was there to issue my deposit refund. When I went back to get my refund, they refused to return it to me claiming there was pet hair all over the room. I did not have a pet with me but I did bring a blanket from home which probably had pet hair on it. I should not be charged a$100 cleaning fee when they would have had to remove the bedding anyway to wash it!"
