My stay was incredibly satisfying, and the front desk staff member, Alan, left a deep impression on me. He was enthusiastic and proactive, quickly checking me in upon arrival and thoughtfully explaining the hotel's facilities and the surrounding area. Throughout our conversation, he always wore a smile and answered all my questions with patience and detail. When I left something behind, he proactively contacted me and even helped me place an order to retrieve it. Having such a warm and professional employee made me feel right at home at the hotel. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

This hotel used to be a Marriott, and the cleanliness is pretty good, and the room generally looks nice. However, upon closer inspection, some details are quite old and show a lack of maintenance, such as loose panels on some cabinets. It's important to note that you need a swimming cap for the pool; I only brought my swimming trunks, so I couldn't go. I did take a look, and it wasn't crowded, and the facilities seemed decent. After checking out, I took a piece of cake and said I'd eat it in the lobby before leaving. A lobby bar staff member reminded me that outside food is not allowed. Since the lobby bar also sells cakes, I can understand why they don't allow outside food. But apart from the lobby bar, there's no other indoor or outdoor area in the entire hotel to sit. I think they should at least provide a bench outside.
