Hanting Premium Properties in Beijing

It was raining heavily when we arrived. While the hotel is actually very close to the subway, its signage was so unclear that we struggled to find it. We called the hotel repeatedly, but no one answered. We ended up wandering around in the rain for quite a while before finally locating it, and by then, our clothes and belongings were completely soaked. I was extremely frustrated. However, the lady at the front desk was fantastic. She promptly rectified the situation with her warm and comforting words, and even offered us complimentary breakfast. My mood instantly brightened. For future guests, here's a tip: From Subway Exit C, spot the McDonald's, then look right. You'll see a small alleyway next to Jinsong Building; the hotel is right inside. Don't rely on Gaode Maps, which incorrectly states it's over 200 meters; it's actually only about 90 meters. I strongly recommend the hotel place a clear sign on the ground at the entrance to that alleyway, as its current location is quite hard to spot. Staying at the Hanting Hotel this time in Beijing was a truly delightful surprise! Its location is absolutely superb; a subway station is right outside the door, making it incredibly convenient to reach all the attractions. The surrounding area also offers such a wide array of delicious food that you'll be spoiled for choice. The front desk staff were warm and patient, processed my check-in quickly, and even thoughtfully suggested some interesting local spots. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I had a fantastic night's sleep. The soundproofing was excellent, so I wasn't disturbed by any outside noise at all. The breakfast spread was rich and varied, with a good nutritional balance, setting me up for an energetic day. I had a comfortable and worry-free stay. Next time I'm in Beijing, I'll definitely choose this place again! The hotel is also very close to a local spa/bathhouse and Hopson One mall, making leisure and shopping incredibly convenient.

The bathroom leaked, and shower water overflowed near the toilet and into the room. The renovations were in a state of disrepair, preventing me from sleeping in or taking naps. The complimentary water was Jinmailang, and it tasted strange, so I didn't dare drink it. The door had poor soundproofing. It's quite far, 10 minutes from the Daxing Airport Express (Exit G). The upside is that it's affordable, the bed and pillows are comfortable, and there are restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. It's not too far from the subway station, the facilities are excellent, and the environment is spotless. The service was also exceptional. The front desk staff were incredibly professional, well-presented, and friendly, always speaking softly and politely. What's more, when I was checking out, the staff member at the entrance even helped me carry my luggage downstairs – their commitment to service truly exceeded all my expectations. (The slight wrinkle in the bedsheet in the photo is just because I'd already laid down for a bit before remembering to take the picture.) I would absolutely be willing to stay here again on my next trip.

Found a gem! Hanting Premium's value for money is truly top-notch. The room was incredibly clean, not even a speck of dust on the desk, and I loved the wet/dry separation in the bathroom – hot water instantly and plenty of it. The smart controls for lights and AC were super convenient, no need to get up to adjust anything. Breakfast wasn't extensive but sufficient, and the freshly made wontons were delicious. It was a comfortable and hassle-free stay! I originally booked a basic room but was surprisingly upgraded to a spacious deluxe room upon arrival. They even proactively offered me breakfast; the freshly made noodles were amazing, and the soy milk was so good! I arrived early and was able to check in smoothly without any wait. The front desk lady was incredibly nice. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the soundproofing was effective. The value for money is just unbeatable. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

I chose Hanting Youjia Baiziwan East Branch for this trip, and the experience was great! The hotel is in an excellent location with convenient transportation around it. The bus stop and subway station are all within a few minutes' walk, making it very convenient for both going to scenic spots and doing business. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is soft and comfortable, and you can feel the warmth as soon as you enter the room. The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in and check-out are very fast. They also kindly recommended fun places around to me. Hanting Youjia Baiziwan East Branch is my first choice for future travels!

The location is convenient, very close to Beijing South Railway Station, and not too affected by rush hour. It's a great choice if you're catching a high-speed train the next day. The spicy stir-fried clams at the hot pot restaurant next door are delicious; you can take some to take back to the hotel!

Very nice and friendly staff. Misunderstandings and questions that arose were quickly resolved. The room, although small, is very cozy. The window overlooks the wall, but it is quiet. Breakfasts are delicious and fresh, there are many different cafes and a store near the hotel. You can order delivery with a robot to your room. During the stay, the automatic storage room did not work, but luggage could still be left (free of charge and, in fact, after check-out).
