Hanting Premium Hotels in Beijing

This stay completely exceeded my expectations! The staff were incredibly attentive, proactively inquiring about my needs and even helping to coordinate a late check-out, which solved a lot of travel hassles. The breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious; a satisfying meal made catching my train very easy. The location is also very convenient, close to the subway station. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm at Beijing South Railway Station!

The big bed is super comfortable and you can sleep well all night! The air conditioning is fast, the Wi-Fi signal is strong, and there is a smart TV that can be projected, which makes the experience full~ Free mineral water, tea bags, coffee, and even snacks are also thoughtfully prepared! 💁 The service is warm and thoughtful, and you feel at home The front desk guy has a super good attitude, checks in quickly, and takes the initiative to help us upgrade the room type! Cleaning is timely every day, responds super quickly when additional items are needed, and the night bed service is also very meticulous. A welcome gift was given at check-in, and the check-in experience was asked when leaving the store. It was really thoughtful! There are many kinds of delicious breakfasts with rich catering! Fresh fruits, freshly cooked noodles, exquisite desserts... different food every day! Compared with hotels of the same price, the hardware facilities and services of this hotel really exceeded expectations. I will definitely choose this place next time I come to Beijing!

Overall, it's pretty good. There aren't many places to eat or shop nearby, but it's quiet, which is great for a good rest. It's about 1.2 kilometers from Metro Lines 2 and 8, so it's more suitable if you're driving. The front desk service was excellent and very welcoming, and they provided hot water. Breakfast was also generally good. I didn't take pictures of the hotel's interior, but it's quite new and clean. Aside from the less-than-convenient transportation, I would definitely recommend it.

We booked a family room, but it was much smaller than depicted in the hotel's promotional video. There was a 1.8m bed and a 1.2m sofa bed. We had no space for our luggage and had to leave it open on the floor, which was inconvenient when retrieving items. The laundry room has washing machines and dryers, but only four of each, which isn't enough to meet the demand of all guests. I suggested to a staff member that they could implement a queuing system where hotel staff handle the laundry, but they replied that with over 200 rooms, they simply couldn't keep up, and guests would have to queue and wait themselves. The hotel has central air conditioning, and since it's been very hot in Beijing recently, the room temperature wouldn't go down. A staff member came to check, and it only improved slightly. We only felt cool after they brought us a standing fan. Furthermore, on our first day, we found a pack of gum under the pillow of the smaller bed, clearly left by the previous guest, which made us suspect that the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned or the sheets changed. On the positive side, the hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station – practically just around the corner. It's very convenient for getting to places like Beijing South Railway Station. Right outside there are eateries like Gongmenkou Mantou and Ziguangyuan Snacks. Overall, having traveled extensively across the country, this stay in Beijing was a rather unsatisfactory experience.

The room was clean, and the location was convenient with many restaurants nearby. The breakfast was rich and varied, including fruits, milk, sandwiches, and even Chinese dishes. Bottled water was unlimited. The mattress was comfortable; both my husband and child said they had a great night's sleep. What's more, there's a Tianzhu intersection nearby where you can see large planes flying by every few minutes. They fly really low, which is quite impressive!

This hotel has been our family's go-to choice for six years, ever since I started studying in Beijing, largely due to its convenient location near my school. The service here is exceptionally warm and attentive, and there are plenty of great restaurants in the neighborhood. Our Business Twin Room was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well-designed. I'm a big fan of Hanting Premium.

When I came to Beijing for a trip, this hotel added a lot of comfort to this trip; the commute is convenient, the price is high, the clothes dry in the middle of the night will also help to collect, the same price can be said to be invincible existence

The room was clean and tidy, just a tad small. The service was absolutely fantastic, they were incredibly accommodating and brought whatever we needed very quickly. I accidentally left behind an old pair of shoes, and a staff member even called to ask if I had forgotten them. So thoughtful and responsible! 👍🏻

I was very satisfied with this stay. I have to say that the front desk staff had a strong sense of service. After entering the room, it was very clean and reassuring. Location is a short distance walk from the main Road.. It is near to Metro station 车公庄西 Line 2. Room is clean and comfortable. The bath room and toilet are spacious. The front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. It is walkable to Capital Mall shopping Centre. There is a famous nice 涮羊肉 restaurant within 5 minutes walk. Overall very satisfied with the hotel with that price.
