Hanting Hotels in Beijing

This hotel is a great stopover point, especially for its excellent transportation links. You can take a direct shuttle bus from Daxing Airport, and getting a taxi early the next morning is also convenient. Beijing Railway Station is just a few minutes' walk away, and it's very close to the subway station. The Daxing Airport shuttle bus departure point is right outside the hotel, which is super convenient if you have large luggage. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and there's a self-service laundry room, which is really practical for business trips. The front desk staff processed everything quickly. Despite being near the railway, it's quiet, and offers good value for money.

First of all, the staff were very nice. However, the location, close to the airport, was incredibly noisy. On my first day, the room reeked strongly of urine. I flushed the toilet myself and then went out for hours to air it out, but it didn't help. After notifying the front desk, they quickly agreed to change rooms. However, the hotel facilities were awful. With the windows closed and the air conditioner on, the unit chugs and chugs and doesn't cool the room. With the windows open, the traffic is incredibly loud, and the planes overhead are even louder. It was impossible to sleep properly. If it weren't close to my classes, I would have definitely changed hotels the next day.

What impressed me most about this Hanting hotel was how new it felt. Having just opened, everything from the decor to the bedding and bathroom fixtures was pristine. Stepping inside, there was a refreshing vibe, a complete contrast to the many older establishments around Beijing South Railway Station. The location is truly convenient; it's just a short walk to the station, and taxis are readily available. No more rushing out before dawn for early morning high-speed trains. I've stayed here several times now, and it's become my go-to stopover when transiting through Beijing South. The rooms aren't large, but they're well-designed, clean, and the hot water is quick. It's quiet at night, so a good night's sleep is guaranteed. The front desk staff are efficient and don't waste time. In the evenings, the moat downstairs is a nice spot for a stroll. The only downside I can think of is that prices tend to jump quite a bit during holidays, so I always make sure to book in advance now. In short, if you're looking for something new, close to the station, and hassle-free, you can't go wrong with this place.

The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, with all amenities conveniently accessible. I particularly loved the cloud-shaped lamp. The service was excellent, and the robot promptly delivered our ordered meals, making for a very pleasant stay! Many thanks to Hanting, I always stay here and will definitely return. It's also very close to Tiananmen Square, so we got up early to watch the flag-raising ceremony, and Qianmen Street is also nearby, offering plenty of places to stroll around. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is truly excellent! You can see the Temple of Heaven right outside the window and walk to Temple of Heaven Park. The Jinyukou bus stop is just a short walk away, and you can easily reach the Line 7 and 8 subway stations on foot or by shared bike – there are Hello Bike, Qingju, and ******* shared bike parking spots right outside the hotel, making getting around incredibly convenient. It's not far from the Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Qianmen Street, and Dashilar. Plus, Line 7 goes directly to Universal Studios, making sightseeing very efficient. The front desk staff are wonderful; they patiently and thoroughly answered all our questions. Although the room isn't huge, all the amenities are new, and overall, it was a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Beijing!

I had an early flight, so I just randomly picked this hotel at the terminal, thinking it would be convenient to get to the airport by taxi without having to wake up too early. It was my first time at Daxing Airport and I was a bit lost, unsure how to get to the hotel. I asked a few staff members at the airport for directions, and one volunteer mentioned that they thought the hotel had a shuttle service. I was instantly happy and quickly called the front desk to inquire. The lady on the phone was so nice and patiently guided me step-by-step on how to find the pick-up point. I got to Gate 3 on the fourth floor, and the hotel shuttle arrived in less than two minutes. The driver of the Ford Transit was also very friendly, and we were at the hotel in just three to five minutes. It was truly a great experience, and I hope for a free room upgrade next time!

Extremely clean, by far the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at in Beijing. The reception staff and customer service were also very friendly. On the day of check-out, I went out for lunch, and they thoughtfully helped store my luggage. Due to the weather, they even stored it in a small indoor room. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

This hotel was very convinient for us. Its directly at a metro Station that connects the city with the airport. Therefore we were quickly there, sadly most of Bejings Metro Station dont have Elevator or escalator so it was a bit of the struggele but still convenienct location. We started a trip with Mubus to Great Wall, meeting point was very close 3 Minute walk. Metro also 3 minutes walk. Hotel room big enough and clean. For non chinese speaker the Air Con at least in our room was a struggel since it was speak activated. The cleaning lady was very helpful and started it for is. We ask the man at the reception to speak us an audio message so that we could stop it. This should be opimised since the hotel welcomes foreigners. Loved the Option to recieve Packages over this hotel since my friend ordered stuff from Taobao for me and send it to the hotel even days before i arived, much appriciated.

Hanting Hotel (Beijing Tiananmen Forbidden City Branch) No. 102 Nanchizi Street, Dongcheng District (Nanchizi Street, opposite Taimiao Temple) The location is the biggest selling point. Situated on Nanchizi Street, east of Tiananmen Square, you can walk to watch the flag-raising ceremony, visit the Forbidden City, and the National Museum. No need to wake up early for a taxi. After watching the flag-raising, you can even go back to the hotel for more sleep. It's the top choice for tourists seeking a prime location. The front desk service is friendly. It offers a quiet retreat in the bustling city, located on an old city street with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Wangfujing and Qianmen are also very close. This is definitely the top choice for watching the flag-raising ceremony, as it's within walking distance. Remember to book tickets for Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City in advance. Surroundings: Nanchizi Street, Taimiao Temple, Wangfujing, with many dining options.
