The room was surprisingly clean and tidy, with soft, odorless bedding. The bathroom was spotless, with a great wet/dry separation, and also completely odor-free. The attention to detail was evident everywhere, making my stay feel incredibly secure and comfortable. The facilities were excellent too; the high-speed Wi-Fi was perfect for streaming and working without any lag, and the silent air conditioning ensured a peaceful night's sleep. Everything I needed was readily available. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, making check-in and check-out quick and efficient. They were also very patient in answering my travel questions, which made me feel right at home.

Excellent location, very clean with no strange smells in the room. Plenty of hot water, well-maintained facilities, and a quiet environment. It's very convenient for getting taxis, ensuring a good night's rest. The service response is prompt, and I'll definitely choose this place again for future trips and dining, as both are very convenient. The room was spacious, bright, and very clean, and the staff were very polite. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

The staff was very helpful. They went out of their way to make us as comfortable as possible. The room was extremely clean and the air conditioner worked very well, which is very important if you come to Beijing in the summer. The hotel is very close to the subway and attached to a mall. This makes finding things you need and getting around very easy. The cleaning staff are so sweet. We asked for help with putting a Chinese hair pin in my daughter’s hair and they stopped their work to help with that. Not everyone speaks English but they all have translation apps on their phones to help them and us if needed. This was our first time in China and we would stay here again!!

I chose this hotel primarily for a few reasons: 1. Its proximity to the Jingkai Expressway makes driving in and out of Beijing convenient, while still being relatively close to the city center. 2. The hotel offers ample parking spaces without the need for advance reservations, which is very accommodating for self-driving travelers. 3. Being a Hilton brand, I had relatively high expectations. Here's my experience: Regarding the facilities: The mattress was on the softer side, so travelers who prefer a firmer bed should take note. The bathroom drainage and showerhead need maintenance. The bath towels and hand towels shed lint, and the hand soap was difficult to rinse off. Regarding the service: The lobby staff, especially the lobby manager (excluding floor attendants), were somewhat stiff in their reception. Their greetings lacked warmth, and they stood by almost as if observing, making me feel unwelcome. When asked questions, they cited being busy or forgetting, which is an unsatisfactory response and falls short of the service standards expected from an international hotel chain. This was my first experience with the Hilton Garden Inn brand, and compared to Hampton by Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn, and standard Hilton hotels, the overall stay was a significant letdown. I'm sharing my honest feedback in hopes that the hotel addresses these shortcomings and improves. If there are issues, they should be corrected; if not, they should strive for even better.

The soundproofing was a minor issue, but overall, the value for money is exceptional, and my experience far exceeded expectations. I'll definitely choose this hotel for my next trip and highly recommend it!

I only needed a few hours of sleep and had to catch a train the next morning, so I booked this hotel on a whim because it was cheap. The decor and design far exceeded my expectations. The only downside was the small room size; it was more than enough for one person, and the design was quite stylish. The only downside was that you had to carry your own luggage to the second floor as there was no elevator. It's only a few hundred meters from the West Railway Station, very close by. There are several delicious breakfast shops downstairs, including Xiao Pang Baozi and Lao Beijing Sesame Seed Cakes.

My stay at Ande Hotel Beijing South Station Yangqiao Branch was absolutely fantastic! First, I have to give a huge shout-out to Cheche at the front desk – his attitude was just superb! He was incredibly patient throughout, answered all my questions without a hint of annoyance, which made me feel so comfortable. The hotel's environment also exceeded my expectations. It was spotless overall, with no unpleasant odors at all. Both the hallways and the room were tidily kept, making for a very reassuring stay. And I absolutely have to praise the bed! It was so soft and comfortable; the pillows and mattress were perfectly supportive. I fell asleep in no time, and the soundproofing was excellent. I slept soundly until morning without any disturbances. All the facilities were quite new too; the hot water, air conditioning, and WiFi were all stable and worked seamlessly. Its location near the station also made getting around super convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area and will recommend it to my friends!

Sadly my Room smelled Like smoke and the bed sheets aswell. There is no Soap or Shampoo! But the Service and the Front Deal where super nice ! It’s also really close to Beijingnan Station. But if you prefer a not smelly shower than this place is not for you! For one night it was ok.

I was very satisfied with both nights I stayed. I originally booked it as a temporary过渡房 (transitional room type), but it far exceeded my expectations. The bathroom's wet and dry separation was very well done, and the toiletries were of good quality. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. All the staff were very patient; they patiently answered all my questions about local attractions and routes. The room felt spacious and not cramped, and all the facilities were comprehensive. Overall, there was nothing to complain about during my stay. The hotel breakfast was very much to my liking; it was all hot, home-style food, with enough variety for everyday eating. It saved a lot of time for sightseeing since I didn't have to wake up early to find a restaurant.
