Our stay was absolutely delightful. The hotel's overall service was meticulous and thoughtful, and the staff were warm and friendly. The airport shuttle bus was spacious and comfortable, and the welcome fruit platter, late-night snacks, breakfast, and small farewell gift upon check-out all demonstrated the hotel's genuine care for its guests. The two alpacas and little squirrels in the courtyard added a wonderful touch of warmth and fun to our trip. I'd particularly like to thank one of the hotel staff members. Yesterday, Beijing experienced a heavy downpour, and the ride-sharing car my family and I were in got a flat tire due to flooded roads, leaving us stranded in the middle of the street and unable to return to the hotel. It just so happened that her family was picking her up from work, and after learning about our situation, she proactively helped coordinate and drove us all back to the hotel entrance, politely refusing any compensation. For us, who were in such a difficult predicament at the time, her help was incredibly valuable and left us feeling incredibly touched. This small incident truly made me appreciate the staff's sense of responsibility and kindness, and it left me with an excellent impression of the hotel's service philosophy and management. To be able to cultivate such sincere, professional, and helpful employees, I believe this hotel is truly worthy of guests' trust. If I ever return to Beijing in the future, I will definitely choose to stay here again. I wish the hotel all the best and continued success to every staff member.

You can see big planes ✈️ from the room! 😄😄 This was a very satisfying stay. A big thanks to the lovely lady at the front desk for her warm welcome. She upgraded us to a much better room in advance – it was spacious and bright. We had a lot of luggage, and she helped us get it to the room, which was a huge help, thank you! The breakfast was delicious, with coffee, milk, and plenty of main dishes, enough to fill you up, and it was clean! The room's hygiene was excellent, and the air conditioning was super powerful, keeping it really cool. Watching the World Cup on the giant projector screen was absolutely amazing, just fantastic! I'd definitely give it 100 points. I'm extremely satisfied and I'm sure I'll be back next time! Satisfied! 👍👍

This is my go-to choice for business trips; I stay here for long periods every year. The rooms have all been renovated and upgraded, and the facilities are excellent. The airport shuttle service is convenient, and the lounge benefits, including the laundry credit, are a great plus. My only minor feedback is that the new interns need more training, especially regarding room cleaning. The hotel is very close to Capital Airport. There's a shuttle bus every 20 minutes to Terminal 3, which takes about 5 minutes, making it super convenient for flights. You can see planes taking off and landing, and there's a bit of noise when they're taking off or landing in the direction of the hotel. Facilities: A bit old, especially the carpet. Hygiene: Good. Environment: Good. Service: Good.

My stay this time was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the airport, making travel incredibly convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the amenities were complete. The front desk staff were warm and polite, making check-in efficient and smooth, and their service was attentive and thoughtful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the overall environment was quiet and elegant, perfect for business travelers. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next layover. The hotel's decor and ambiance are absolutely stunning! Every corner boasts exquisite soft furnishings, from charming deer figurines to elegant creamy white floral arrangements – perfect for Instagram-worthy photos. The service was excellent, and the environment was clean and peaceful. Overall, a fantastic stay. Highly recommend!

The hotel's dining options are quite poor, which is a missed opportunity, especially during a trade show. They should really offer an affordable buffet dinner, perhaps around 128 RMB per person. During a trade show, guests are there for work, and a nutritious, tasty, hygienic, and safe buffet dinner at a reasonable price would surely attract a near-full house and generate excellent profits. The breakfast isn't great either. Most hotels rotate a few dishes daily for their buffet breakfast, but here, it's the exact same every single day – no changes whatsoever.

The front desk staff were patient and meticulous. The room was quite spacious, clean, and tidy! The robot delivery service for items or takeout is a unique feature! The Minghao Restaurant is also good! They offer shuttle service to and from Capital International Airport T2 and T3: The pick-up service starts at 4:15 AM, running every half hour, and takes only fifteen minutes to reach the airport, which is very convenient.

My relatives came to visit from out of town, so I booked this hotel nearby for them to stay at temporarily, considering its convenient location. The hotel was easy to find and well-situated for getting around. Check-in at the front desk was simple and efficient, and the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and tidy. The hotel is located under a flight path, so you can occasionally hear planes at night, but the noise level isn't too high and generally doesn't disturb sleep. The overall environment at night is quiet, allowing for a good rest. As a choice for a one-night stopover, everything met expectations, and it offers great value for money. I'll definitely recommend this place for temporary stays to any future friends visiting from out of town. There's also a supermarket about 100 meters from the hotel, which is convenient for buying things.
