The room is tidy and complete. The location is close to restaurants, KFC, subways , bus stop, and Tankoo Li. The staff are helpful. Additional amenities like toothbrush toothpaste and comb are supplied upon check in. The staff carried my big luggage to my Tatami room upon check in and check out.

The room was clean, and as a solo traveler, I felt very safe. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient and fast transportation access. Breakfast offered a good variety and was clean and hygienic. It's easy to find places to eat and transportation nearby. Staying at this hotel was a very pleasant experience. The hotel environment is elegant, and the decor is exquisite. The room facilities are complete, making for a comfortable stay. The service team is professional and efficient, responding promptly to any needs. Here, you truly feel the warmth of home.

We had a great stay at the Huanyi Hotel in Beijing. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was modern, spacious, and spotless. The bathroom was beautiful and well-equipped, and the internet connection was excellent — super fast and reliable. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is very close to the airport, and they offer a free airport pickup service. Traveling with a child late at night, this free pick-up service was incredibly convenient and well worth it. After getting off the plane and reaching the exit, I called the front desk, and there was plenty of time. Right after I contacted the front desk, the driver called me and told me where to find him in the parking lot. We walked over in about 5 minutes, and the driver was already there to pick us up. He also picked up other guests at the same time, which was perfectly fine with me. The drive from the airport to the hotel only took about 10 minutes. The hotel was clean and hygienic, the front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast was plentiful.

I'm Thai and I traveled to Beijing alone. If anyone is still looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel. It's very convenient, safe, and close to Sanlitun shopping center. The subway station is just a short walk away. The room was very clean, and the staff provided excellent service. Overall, I'm very satisfied, and if I have the chance to visit again, I will definitely choose this place. Thank you! (For Thais: This hotel is quite convenient, very safe and clean. I booked this hotel as it's very well located between the two airports and very well deserved by the tube in a very nice neighbourhood where you can truly see the everyday life of lovely Chinese people. Following the initial booking for a very nice room, there was an issue and tye management were so professional that they upgraded me for free to the executive suits which was absolutely stunning and beautiful and outstanding views of the whole city at the top floor. The room was spacious, and bathrooms were breathtaking. The management were very nice to me every time and even though they didn't speak English they were always trying to help. The hotel is located around many shops, restaurants and two Hugh malls located around changyiang metro which is direct to forbidden city and tianmen Square. I must admit that I stayed in the last few days but I ended up staying over 5 days because all the rooms are very large, with beautiful views and the breakfast is also very good. The overall impression is that Chinese management is always trying to help you. So, like me, if you are from Europe, do not book a Western brand and be courageous to book a Chinese hotel and experience their kindness and good hearth. I will give top grading to this hotel and will recommend it highly to all my European tourists.

The hotel is in a great location for food and shopping, offering a quieter alternative away from the crowded tourist areas. While it’s about a 30-minute drive from the city center (with no traffic), we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and local city vibes. The hotel itself is clean and quiet. The layout can be confusing at first (it felt like walking through a maze) and I got lost a few times. Fortunately, the housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful in guiding me back. Most staff don’t speak English well, but they were polite and did their best to assist. Overall, a good stay if you prefer a more relaxed area with plenty of local food and shopping options nearby.

The room was clean and spacious, with soft and comfortable bedding. The excellent soundproofing made for a good night's sleep. Location: It's a 7-minute walk from Sanyuanqiao Station on the Capital Airport Express. If you have large luggage, make sure to use Exit E2! There's a Phoenix Galleria nearby with an upscale supermarket, or you can walk 1.5 km to Hema for a wider selection of more affordable items. Facilities: The laundry room is free, with 6 washing machines and 6 dryers. However, it gets very busy, so it's best to do your laundry during off-peak hours. The hotel also offers a late-night snack service at 10 PM, with pork and cabbage dumplings and soup dumplings. Breakfast offers a rich variety. The concierge also helps receive packages, but it would be great if they could sort them by guest name instead of having all the packages piled together, requiring a search (though I'm already very grateful for the service! 🥹). The room has a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and there's a phone holder by the bed, which is super convenient for using your phone while lying down. The room is on the smaller side but provides almost everything you need. The front desk staff's service and attitude were excellent. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Beijing for a flight!
