Hotels in Shijingshan District, Beijing

The Wanda Realm hotel boasts an excellent location. We stayed there to catch a basketball game at the Wukesong Arena, and the transportation was super convenient. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the rooms are spacious. There's a heated pool with four lanes in the fitness center on the third floor, and two restaurants on the second. Breakfast is served on the first floor. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants surrounding the hotel, which is really handy. To the north of the hotel, you'll find Laoshan Urban Leisure Park, perfect for a stroll.

I stayed at this newly opened Home Inn Plus for my business trip. It's very conveniently located, just a few dozen meters to the right after exiting Exit E of Pingguoyuan subway station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. I used to stay near Jin'anqiao, but this time I discovered this newly opened hotel and decided to stay here instead of staying closer to home. It was great, no disappointments.

This is our third stay at this hotel within just six months, and whether we're here by ourselves or with friends and family, the experience has been consistently excellent. Here's why: Firstly, the hotel's environment, hygiene, and facilities are all top-notch – clean and comfortable. Secondly, the service is outstanding, and I especially want to commend the front desk staff. From check-in to check-out, they always make us feel right at home. The service is never overbearing, yet always genuine and incredibly warm. We always bring our children, and they absolutely love Shangri-La Shougang Park, which is a major reason why we keep coming back. As repeat guests, the hotel takes increasingly good care of us, and it's slowly started to feel like 'home' – that growing sense of familiarity is truly wonderful. Moreover, the parking attendant is also very thoughtful. Every time we drive into the parking lot, he greets us with a 'Welcome back,' which is a lovely touch that warms our hearts. Let me share something that particularly moved us: Yesterday, while taking our children to the pool, a little girl and her brother were unsupervised, and the brother started to drown. The lifeguard was incredibly responsible and attentive; he rescued the child immediately and then patiently emphasized the importance of safety. Frankly, many hotel lifeguards just sit there, but we've seen this particular lifeguard twice, and each time he's been very strict about the swimming cap requirement. His actions this time were exceptionally professional and timely, further enhancing our positive impression of the hotel. Each visit to Shangri-La offers a unique yet consistently excellent experience – it truly feels new and refreshing every time. We hope Shangri-La continues to thrive, and we will definitely be back again soon, probably very soon!

I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with everything – the location, price, service, and breakfast. All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic. A special thanks to Xiao Xuan and Xiao Cheng for their great help! We stayed here during the WTT season, and even though the hotel was fully booked, it didn't affect the quality of service at all.

I arrived in the evening, feeling a bit tired, but as soon as I stepped into the lobby, the subtle, elegant fragrance in the air and the soft, soothing background music instantly calmed my frayed nerves. The front desk staff, Ms. Sun, not only processed my check-in efficiently and professionally, but she also pleasantly surprised me by noticing a small note in my reservation. She proactively arranged a quiet, high-floor room away from the elevator. This level of thoughtful observation, going beyond standard procedures, made me feel truly 'seen' and cared for. The room's layout and design were impressive. The bedding was undoubtedly top-notch; the duvet was light and fluffy, and the pillows offered both soft and firm options. Even for someone as particular about their sleep environment as I am, I slept soundly through the night. The bathroom was spacious with a separate wet and dry area. The next morning, breakfast was another delightful surprise. The food stations were clearly organized, and food was replenished incredibly quickly. What impressed me most was the 'Local Flavors Station,' where an experienced chef prepared authentic noodle soup on the spot. It had a wonderful, authentic ambiance, and the taste was absolutely superb. The service staff were very observant, always appearing just when I needed them to clear plates or refill coffee – everything was perfectly organized. It was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be back!

The hotel was very clean, and the front desk service was excellent. The facilities were comprehensive, with laundry services and a gym available. The environment was pleasant, clean, hygienic, and quiet.

The room is clean and spacious, with complete facilities and reasonable layout; the TV has even been equipped with VIP; the young lady at the front desk is very good, very enthusiastic, there are problems and needs to respond to solve, the efficiency is very high; the overall price is excellent

Service: Check-in was super fast, and the staff were gentle and always available if we needed anything. Full marks for service! Environment: Lots of convenient dining options nearby. Hygiene: Pretty clean, even for us with our slight germaphobia. We love staying in new places like this. Facilities: The floor creaks a bit when you walk on it, and the decor is just so-so, but it wasn't a deal-breaker. There were no chairs to eat at, so we had to stand or eat on the bed. I'd suggest adding some chairs.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Shijingshan Jinyuan and had a great experience overall. I'd like to commend Colin at the front desk. There was an issue with the air conditioning in my room when I checked in, and Colin from the front desk responded quickly and actively resolved the problem. He patiently listened to my feedback, was very professional and attentive. Thank you for the excellent service, which made my stay even better.

Facilities: Consistently good and very well-maintained. Cleanliness: Spotless, and everything felt new and modern. Environment: The location within Shougang Park is excellent and easy to find. It's also remarkably quiet. We found it walking distance to Liugonghui, and Xiuchi was also very close by. Service: The staff were proactive, attentive, and genuinely warm. They even thoughtfully provided a small set of toiletries for our child.
