Hotels in Daxing District, Beijing

I chose this Radisson Hotel at Daxing Airport for an early morning flight, and my experience exceeded expectations. The hotel offers free airport shuttle service, which was punctual and made getting to and from the airport very convenient, so I didn't have to rush to catch a taxi. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any airplane noise despite being close to the airport, so I slept very soundly. Michael at the front desk was efficient with check-in and very friendly. The breakfast selection was rich and tasty. The facilities are well-maintained. Staying here for a layover during a business trip was completely hassle-free, and I'll definitely choose it again next time!

This hotel is located inside Daxing Airport, which is very convenient for catching early morning flights. The breakfast was decent, and the room was relatively clean. However, the hotel's layout is quite unconventional; both the lobby and the restaurant were hard to find. What's more, some of the functional areas were given names that, even as a Chinese speaker, I had to read in English to understand their meaning. And for a five-star hotel, it's hard to understand why calls to the front desk from the room were answered by a robot.

My stay was great! First off, the location is super convenient. I was flying with China Eastern, and the hotel is just a three to five-minute walk to the check-in counter. Secondly, the service deserves five stars! The front desk staff, Xinxin, was incredibly helpful and had a great attitude. She even upgraded my room. However, the room was a bit noisy, so I went back to the front desk to ask for a change. Another male staff member at the front desk was also very nice and found a staff member to show me other rooms. The staff member, who seemed like a supervisor, showed me several rooms and even helped me with my luggage. In the end, I switched to a single room with a window, and it was very quiet. Finally, the room itself was small but had everything I needed. The overall living experience was still very good.

The room felt great. They gave me a free upgrade when I checked in. The airport transfer service was very thoughtful, and when I called with questions, the staff were very helpful. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, including fitness equipment. There's also a small convenience store on the first floor 🏪.

The breakfast selection is quite substantial. The live station's scrambled eggs are tender and fresh, and the baguette toasted in the toaster is wonderfully fragrant. There's a good variety of whole grains, and even freshly prepared knife-cut noodles. With such a wide range of hot food options, having breakfast here as a guest is truly enjoyable.

The room was relatively spacious, and the service was excellent, even with complimentary welcome fruit. However, the facilities were definitely lacking: 1. The curtains had two layers controlled by four cords, which were very difficult to operate. I couldn't tell which cord controlled which layer, and one of them wouldn't even close properly, making the room too bright at night. 2. The pillows were extremely soft, making for an uncomfortable sleep. 3. There were no disposable toilet seat covers. The breakfast was plentiful, but the taste was very mediocre. Overall, it was just okay.

It's acceptable overall, but the facilities are too extensive, making the room feel small and particularly cramped. I booked it for a flight, and the airport shuttle service was good, though breakfast was just okay. There were a lot of mosquitoes; I killed about seven or eight as soon as I entered the room. I'd suggest that since it's mainly for transit and most guests only stay one night, things like the magnifying mirror could be removed to free up some space. Also, the first thing you should do upon entering is close the curtains, as the window directly faces another room's window, less than two meters away. But for catching a flight, it's all acceptable.

On the high-speed train back home, with some free time, I'm jotting down a few thoughts, which also serves as a brief travelogue. The internet remembers everything; the first hand-drawn map of the Huihang Ancient Trail from 2003 or 2004 can still be found online! On August 19, 2026, I booked this Pullman Hotel in Beijing Daxing for a business trip. After a few hours on the high-speed train, I arrived at the hotel at 2 PM. The front desk informed me that no rooms were ready for occupancy and I'd have to wait an hour. Luckily, I booked an executive room, so I went up to the executive lounge on the 21st floor, which offers a free two-hour afternoon tea. Cindy, the lovely lady at the front desk, kindly escorted me up to the 21st floor and handed me over to a soft-spoken girl with glasses in the lounge before leaving. I ordered a coffee, had some fruit and pastries. After a short rest, a handsome young man with fluffy hair quietly told me my room was ready and handed me the room card. As I was about to head to my room with my luggage, the quiet girl with glasses thoughtfully reminded me that there was a complimentary buffet dinner from 6 PM to 8 PM. I went to my room to drop off my luggage and then went out for a stroll. Although Beijing was entering autumn in August, it was still a bit stuffy and hot. Back at the hotel, I lay on the bed for a while, rolled around, and then quickly headed to the lounge for the free dinner. When I entered the lounge, a few tables were already occupied. The dishes, though simple, were quite tasty. The dinner also offered complimentary alcoholic beverages: gin, rum, tequila, red and white wine, and iced Budweiser. This was great; not only did it save me dinner, but it also saved me a trip to a bar – convenient, cost-effective, and time-saving! I tried the tequila, and it tasted pretty good! After sampling a few Western spirits, it was beer time, and I started chatting with the fluffy-haired young man who had given me my room card earlier. He was a tourism major, a local, with good English pronunciation, and a distinctive hairstyle! As we chatted and drank, 8 PM, the closing time, quickly arrived. An elegant young lady gracefully floated in and, along with the fluffy-haired young man and the quiet girl with glasses, began clearing and cleaning the dining area. I casually asked where they were from, and she said Jiangxi. Oh, I couldn't help but think about the young ladies from Jiangxi; I heard that in some areas there, the dowries can be hundreds of thousands of yuan! It was a fleeting night, and these are just a few quick words. The hotel service was excellent, from the front desk to the lounge, and even the floor attendants who cleaned the rooms were all polite, courteous, enthusiastic, and thoughtful! It was a great experience! A big thumbs up! **Highlights:** * **Executive Lounge Afternoon Tea:** Great! Tea, coffee, pastries, and fruit. You can listen to music, read a book, ponder over things, and there's even a pool table nearby for a few games! * **Evening Delights · Executive Happy Hour (Selected Drinks and Exquisite Snacks):** A lovely small buffet, quiet with few people, and pleasant drinks. I suggest adding some peanuts to go with the drinks!

what is very good, like a 5 Star Hotel: - Pillows and bed are extraordinary good - Air conditioning is perfect, quiet, efficient - Air humidifier and cleaner in the room as additional plus - TV has a really large size - High quality tea, coffee and and even some cold beverages in the room for free - Very well thought design and mood lighting - Large room and large bathroom, separated shower and toilet - Very good sound insulation and also smoke from the corridor stays out (Some nasty guys smoking on the non smoking floor) - Electric curtains and Shades, can be controlled from bed - just perfect. - Wifi is fast, although it needs password AND additional registration is a bit annoying - friendly and helpful staff at check-in Regarding these points, the only thing that keeps this hotel away from 5 stars is the missing pool (which I don’t need). This is true 4++ stars, but…. What is not good and should not happen: - Shower thermostat control broken, can only be adjusted hot to very hot. Unacceptable - Shower installation in general is faulty, the rain shower head is so low, I almost bumped my head. - Water kettle shows strong wear marks, looks old, not nice. - Hair dryer has only one setting: Very hot. It is so hot it overheats every 20 to 30 seconds and stops working until cooled down. Bad quality chosen. - Breakfast is small and the quality is just average to below average. Worst part is the coffee machine needed milk and cleaning and the staff was unwilling to do so. This is bad. - Bus to the airport has a every 20 minute schedule, but if you don’t carry bags the driver will eventually just skip the tour and let you wait 40min Altogether good value and one of the best hotel rooms that can easily keep up with 5 stars houses. Still I really hope they improve the deficits as they mostly come from laziness. Currently therefore I would not recommend this hotel now.
