They took the initiative to help with luggage, recommend nearby food, and thoughtfully prepared welcome fruits and goodnight desserts. The breakfast is rich in variety, with a reasonable combination of Chinese and Western styles, and the freshly cooked noodles are a must. The surrounding transportation is convenient, and it is quiet in the bustling city. It is very suitable for both business travel and leisure travel. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and a fantastic room! They even upgraded me, which was incredibly thoughtful. I highly recommend this place. The whole room is smart-enabled; I could control everything from the TV, air conditioning, and curtains to the lighting using XiaoDu (AI assistant). Plus, there's unlimited freshly ground coffee in the lobby, and the vending machines offer a great selection of snacks and drinks.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around. The decor and facilities are quite new, with smart home appliances throughout, and the hygiene is also very good. The room type I chose was a bit small for me; if you're traveling with luggage, I'd recommend opting for a room that's 25 square meters or larger. I particularly want to commend the beautiful and kind service staff. They were always smiling, enthusiastic, and incredibly thoughtful. When my child wasn't eating breakfast well, they patiently helped coax him and even gave him a small gift. When it was time for check-out, my child was still sleeping, and they were very accommodating about extending our check-out time. As a mom traveling with a child, I'm truly grateful; they saved me a lot of hassle. From check-in to check-out, I felt completely at home. If I get the chance, I will definitely stay here again. The location isn't congested and it's very quiet. **Service:** We arrived around 3 PM on the 4th (a special shout-out to the young lady at the front desk – I didn't catch her name, but she deserves particular praise). She was the only one on duty then, and she was also working when we checked out around 10 AM on the 5th (if her manager sees this review, please commend her!). Her demeanor was gentle and appropriate, she was very professional, and she tried her best to accommodate our requests.

I came to Fangshan alone and chose this Hanting by accident. The store is not far from Suzhuang subway station, and the travel is particularly worry-free. The rooms are cleaned very meticulously, the desktop and bathroom corners are clean, the sound insulation effect is very good, and you can sleep well after a tiring day. The front desk staff was patient and gentle, and the procedures were smooth and smooth. The most pleasant surprise is the breakfast, yogurt, fresh fruit, and freshly heated dishes. The local special fried noodles have a hot bowl early in the morning, and they instantly smoothed the fatigue of the road. We brought our child here for Children's Day. The room was spacious and very clean, and the private hot spring tub was a good size too. The hotel is surrounded by mountains, offering nice views. For activities, there are hot springs and a swimming pool. The hot springs even had a bubble event in the afternoon, and our child absolutely loved the arcade games at the 'Treasure King' (Bao Bei Wang) area. The staff were all very nice and even helped us get an upgraded room. It was a delightful Children's Day experience!

The hotel is warm. At first, they mixed up our numbers. They gave us two rooms. It was very hot and cozy in them. There were no windows. It was impossible to regulate the heating. But later, they found their mistake and changed us to a larger family room with a window. That's what we booked. We slept with the window open. The room is for four people. There are only enough towels for two. Overall, it's okay for one night. The metro is close.
