The Lavande Hotel Beijing Fangshan Liangxiang University Town North Subway Station is in a fantastic location, super convenient for getting around with the subway nearby. The room was clean and tidy, and the hygiene was excellent, making for a comfortable stay. If the parking could be improved, the experience would be even more perfect, but overall, I highly recommend it.

This stay was perfect! The room is warm and elegant, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, and the smart toilet and brand toiletries are all available. The quality is reflected in every detail. The staff was enthusiastic and patient from check-in to check-out. They took the initiative to help with luggage, recommend nearby food, and thoughtfully prepared welcome fruits and goodnight desserts. The breakfast is rich in variety, with a reasonable combination of Chinese and Western styles, and the freshly cooked noodles are a must. The surrounding transportation is convenient, and it is quiet in the bustling city. It is very suitable for both business travel and leisure travel. Highly recommended!
The hotel experience was great! The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and the location was convenient with excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I stay! ✨
Convenient location right next to the metro station. Though was quite difficult to check in, lady made us fill in the temporary registration form even though we had resident permits. Also during the night was heard weird noise like someone was turning a vacuum cleaner on and off every few minutes. Water drain seemed clogged since water was going away very slowly :/
Advantages: It is about a 20-minute walk from the subway station, and a 3-minute walk to a square-like place where you can buy food. It should be considered convenient for daily life. The hotel decoration looks like it is an old hotel renovated, but the decoration style is American retro style, which is very tasteful and the air conditioning is cold enough.
Disadvantages: This hotel chain seems to be related to coffee. I heard that they will provide freshly ground hand-brewed coffee, but when I asked, the front desk staff said that the coffee pods in the room are just...🙄
Then the shower head in the bathroom did not have enough water pressure as all the reviews said.
There is a very unpleasant smell in the corridor. It seems that in order to save electricity, the air conditioner is not turned on. It is not only unpleasant but also stuffy.
Breakfast is a standard Chinese breakfast, steamed buns, porridge and side dishes, and some stir-fried things, followed by lettuce salad and watermelon. However, there was no hot tea or coffee provided for breakfast. Even though the so-called orange juice was brewed with chemical powder, it was still hot. I thought this was a bit exaggerated. Then there was no music playing at all in the breakfast area, and the atmosphere was very weird.
We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, which made a big difference from the moment we arrived.
The room was well arranged and very comfortable. A fun and memorable touch: everything smelled like orange — from the shampoo and soap to the little candies. It added a playful and refreshing atmosphere to the whole stay.
A great experience overall — we would happily come back!
The lobby environment is good, but the sound insulation effect of the room is very poor. It may be that each floor is different. The experience is different. It is very noisy at 6 or 7 in the morning and 10 in the evening. The sound of closing the door back and forth, if the sleep is light, people will be shocked. There will be occasional calls from tables and chairs, and there are other Donglong sounds. Just entering the next door, the voice can also be heard ♫ ( ε`)! Let’s talk about breakfast. I can’t have breakfast every time I stay. It’s early today. I went to the experience below. 8.30 was about breakfast, but it was empty when I went there, and it was empty (╥﹏╥). I hope the hotel can do a good job in software services and improve quality. Only repeat customers! For a newly renovated hotel, it is extenuating, for a brand chain, this may be a management problem!
The first thing we didn't like was that even though we booked a room on a non-smoking floor, it constantly stank of cigarette smoke. Moreover, we saw one man smoking right next to the elevator.
Second, the cleaning in the room was not bad, however, there were often some crumbs on the floor, but to be honest, for such a price it is absolutely normal.
The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioner worked perfectly, there was a kettle with two cups in the room, and two tea bags constantly appeared in the room. The towels were also changed regularly.
Overall, I really liked the room! For such a price, it is simply a great time. I recommend it. Overall rating 8/10
I rarely review hotels, but this one gets my highest rating, 5 stars!
**Facilities:** Absolutely fantastic. I drove there, called ahead, and they told me where the underground parking was. It's free for the first two hours (just tell the front desk your license plate before you leave).
**Hygiene:** As a new hotel, it feels much better than Atour or Orange Hotels!
**Environment:** Simply superb. The location isn't congested and it's very quiet.
**Service:** We arrived around 3 PM on the 4th (a special shout-out to the young lady at the front desk – I didn't catch her name, but she deserves particular praise). She was the only one on duty then, and she was also working when we checked out around 10 AM on the 5th (if her manager sees this review, please commend her!). Her demeanor was gentle and appropriate, she was very professional, and she tried her best to accommodate our requests.

The hotel is brand new with excellent facilities. Our room had a large bed, and the sofa converted into another double bed, so it easily accommodated four people. The room itself was very spacious and even included a decent-sized private hot tub, which is great if you prefer not to use the public springs. There's also a walk-in closet and a separate wet and dry bathroom.
The public hot springs are spread across two levels: the first floor and the top floor. The first floor has some small swimming pools and kids' pools, though the outdoor pool there was closed due to the cold weather. The top floor features over a dozen herbal hot springs, including some for children, and an outdoor infinity pool – it’s fantastic to soak in during winter.
I noticed four restaurants at the hotel: a large cafe near the entrance offering light meals, a noodle house inside the hotel that's quite good value, and the hotel's main restaurant, where you can order à la carte or enjoy a buffet on Saturday/Sunday evenings. The buffet was 228 RMB per person when we visited, with a good variety of seafood, stir-fries, and Western dishes, making it decent value for money. Breakfast, included in the room rate, also had a wide selection. There's also a Chaoshan beef hotpot restaurant. Parking was convenient.
Since it's a new hotel, the cleanliness was impeccable.
The surroundings are lovely, with a river nearby and mountains behind the hotel that have hiking trails. Outdoors, there's a mini-bike practice area, a basketball court, and a three-story 'Trendy Play' complex with a bouncy castle, claw machines, other amusement rides, computers, and some tech-based entertainment. However, these attractions require purchasing a package and aren't free.
The front desk staff and other employees were all very polite and helpful. Special shoutout to Xiao Xuan at the front desk, who resolved many of our issues quickly and efficiently. Complimentary tea is available in most buildings. The service was excellent; we stayed in Building 6, and we could check out directly from our building without needing to go to the main lobby.

GGuest UserIt is a newly opened homestay, but I was really surprised. The decoration of the homestay is simple and atmospheric, and the entertainment facilities are relatively complete. Mahjong machines, arcade machines, K song rooms ... and various smart appliances are very convenient. The most surprising thing is that there is also a coffee machine, which is so friendly for a ”coffee head”! The breakfast made by the aunt is also very exquisite and very ritual. There is a small swimming pool outside the house, and there is a swing rocking chair that is the favorite of children. The small courtyard is also large, you can barbecue yourself, oven, tools are all available. I was so happy this time. I found this treasure homestay and will come back next time with my family and friends.

RRuifengjidianEnvironment: No parking available. You'll get a ticket if you park right outside the hotel, as it's not a designated parking area. There's a paid parking lot next door that costs 26 yuan for an overnight stay.
Cleanliness: Just so-so. The carpet in the hallway had a strong, unpleasant smell.
GGuest User✨ [First glance into the room] I was amazed, the decoration is very beautiful, very suitable for friends to gather.
🙋 [For the landlord, I want to say] The landlord is very enthusiastic, serious and responsible, on call, there is a little thing that WeChat told us, but if we need it, the landlord will take the trouble to appear immediately to help us solve the problem. And all the supplies in the homestay are the best to choose, the face towel is thick, and the quality is better than that used by my own home.
🛏 [Housing facilities, I must mention] The equipment of the house is also very good, and there are a lot of things to play, and there are several game consoles.
💡 [Small surprise for me by the homestay] The swimming pool in the yard is simply a must-have in summer, the water quality is clean, and it is a constant temperature swimming pool, which is not too cold, but also can relieve the heat and cool down. It is a must-have for summer vacation!

GGuest UserBreakfast is very good, small cold dishes, polenta, very delicious, took my parents out, chose a day with few people, walked the glass plank road, suspension bridge, and went to the mountain of Shidu in Gushanzhai. It was really beautiful! Because I came with my colleagues during the Ching Ming Festival. I brought my parents this time and ordered his house. It was very clean. The water heater has hot water 24 hours a day. The food is also very good. There are grilled skewers, grilled fish, and home-cooked dishes. Breakfast and my mother’s favorite pancakes, I’m very satisfied anyway, and the lady boss buys tickets cheaper than online
GGuest UserThe real scene is the same as the picture, the service is good, clean and hygienic, and you can take it with you to play, which is much cheaper than going by yourself.
GGuest UserThis time I came to Shidu to play and the experience was great! The owner of the homestay is very enthusiastic! The inside is clean and hygienic, the bath towels are disposable, the use is very safe, the toilet is also smart, the whole view of the mountain can be seen directly outside the window, and the mood is immediately good!
The boss personally grilled the skewers, the taste is very good, after eating, you can also sing on the balcony, very comfortable! I will stay again next time!
XXurifeiyingIt's rare to find such a reliable hotel in a remote area outside Beijing. Although it is slightly different from the city, it is very convenient and provides breakfast, which is already very satisfying. Hahahahahaha
