Beijing Tongzhou District Hotels

Convenient short stay to go to Universal Studios Park. The staff was very friendly and upgraded us to a bigger room. The room had everything that we needed even though there was no window and the floor was not properly cleaned (you can tell that they use the same mop in all the rooms). The bathroom was clean , with a spacious shower. Their free bus service to go to Universal Studios was quite convenient, however the driver drove the other way around before going towards the amusement park, while a woman/guide was shouting loudly while speaking in a microphone at 8am, even if she was giving information about the park and tickets in Chinese, we found that the loud voice was annoying. I would consider staying here again for a short stay to go to the Universal Studios.

I highly recommend everyone to book this hotel without hesitation! The Hilton brand is truly reliable. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beijing. If it weren't fully booked, I would have continued my stay here for the rest of my trip. The transportation is super convenient, it's right next to Aegean Plaza, and there's a 7-Eleven downstairs, which is great for picking up any essentials. The front desk lady and the concierge gentleman were incredibly warm and polite; the service they provided was the best I've ever experienced at any hotel. They even proactively gave a small gift to my child, who was absolutely thrilled! Families traveling with kids should definitely consider this place!!!

This hotel is located near Beijing Wuzi University, not far from Universal Studios. It just opened in 2021, so all the facilities are brand new. The Metro Line 6 station is right outside the hotel, making travel very convenient. You can take the train directly to Wuzi Xueyuan Road Station, and the hotel is just a short walk from there. There's also a shopping mall nearby, which is handy for groceries and other purchases. I initially chose it for its excellent value for money and the convenient shuttle service to Universal Studios. My stay exceeded expectations. The front desk staff even gave my child some building blocks, which made them incredibly happy. The room size was good, and it was fully equipped with everything needed. The bedding was very comfortable, and the decor was quite unique. But the real highlight was the breakfast – not only was there a wide variety of dishes, but everything tasted delicious. You truly need to experience it to understand. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with this hotel and have already recommended it to friends and family.

First time in Tongzhou, I chose the Atour Hotel in Tongzhou Canal Business District. The service was very attentive, and they even upgraded our room type and provided a 'sleep well' gift package. On the other side of the first-floor lobby is a reading area with a shelf full of new books, many of which I hadn't seen before – it felt like being in a museum. There are also facilities like desktop computers and printers. The room itself was very clean and spacious, with all new facilities, and you can even use their wash and dry service. The gym is also brand new, with all the basic equipment you need for a workout. Breakfast was delicious, and the price was reasonable. The unique experience with the pillows and mattresses is something you won't find at other branded hotels; the comfort level truly has to be experienced to be understood.

Traveling with my kids, we stayed here last year and had a great experience, so we didn't even look for another hotel this time, just booked the Hilton Garden Inn Canal Business District again. The front desk lady, Ms. Cui, was very helpful with our check-in. At first, I thought all the room types were the same, but it turned out to be a bit different from what we had last year. Luckily, I mentioned it to the front desk, and they switched us to a room that was quite similar to our previous one, which was really nice of them. It's about 8 or 9 kilometers from Universal Studios, and there's a free shuttle bus, which is super convenient when traveling with kids. The breakfast has a good variety and tastes excellent. If you have any issues or need anything, just call the front desk, and they handle it very well. For food delivery, a robot brings it right to your room. There's also a free laundry room and a gym, so the facilities are quite comprehensive, and the environment is lovely. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Overall, a fantastic experience.

The courtyard is very clean and easy to find. There's a free shuttle to Universal Studios, and ordering takeout is convenient. If all else fails, there's a vending machine for snacks. It's clean and hygienic with plenty of hot water. My only minor suggestion is that some facilities are broken, and in our room, it was quite unusually broken. I hope they can fix this, otherwise it feels a bit like they're playing favorites. Overall, though, everything was great, five-star review!

Facilities: Very new and excellent. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Very good. Service: Okay, but when I called the front desk because my slippers were wet and asked for a new pair, they never sent them, even after three hours. I didn't chase it up again as I was in a hurry to get to Universal Studios. I hope the front desk can add more staff to meet the diverse needs of so many guests. Overall, it's still good. I recommend staying here if you're visiting Universal Studios; there's a free shuttle, and hotel parking is also free. The breakfast was truly beyond my expectations – I forgot to take photos because I was short on time, but it was comparable to a luxury hotel breakfast. Eating such a hearty breakfast meant we didn't need lunch at Universal Studios and could just eat again around 4 or 5 PM.

Positives - The staff at orange hotel was very helful and cordial.Especially the guys at reception..They were rhere for all our needs and did a fantastic job.The rooms were ok with the breakfast spread too above average.Close to mall which is an added advantage.Also restaurants and kfc,mcdonalds all close by Negatives- almost 1 km long to the nearest metro station and also the metro line from there to the city is always crowded.takes like 30 mins to reach places like tianmen and forbidden city

Absolutely highly recommended for all type of the travellers. About 10 mins walk to the train station to Downtown, if you don’t care about the long trip on subway, you could stay here when travelling to Beijing too. Price is much cheaper than downtown. They provide bus to universal it’s well organized, on time. They have a robot for service, very cool for kids to see. The room is a smart room, all lights and curtain can be controlled by voice. Clean, staff are helpful and friendly, very kind and professional. They also have free laundry detergent and machine to use. It’s awesome for travellers with kids.

Have booked 2 rooms for 5 nights each. Hotel is still new .Front desk personnel is helpful especially if you can speak Chinese. Need to inform the front desk to change your bed sheet due to current China environment rules to minimize waste. It's around 1.8kms to the Wanda mall which is huge and plenty of gourmet shops beside the mall and 300 meters from the mall to Tongzhou subway. There is a bus stop near to the hotel where you can take the bus to the subway station, must pay with qr code Alipay or WeChat pay though. The front desk especially Mr Sin and the lady manager is helpful, they will explain in detail and they even help us to courier our parcels to Guangzhou and took photos of courier services as evidence and send us the tracking numbers via we chat. Recommend for those who are looking for new and clean hotel at reasonable price and don't mind the distance to the central of Beijing which will take around 45 minutes by subway or Didi share riding.
