Facilities: The room is spacious and well-equipped. The Panasonic high-speed hairdryer is better than the Dyson one without a pool. The air conditioner in room 1012 makes a sudden 'dong dong dong' noise after starting; it would be good to investigate the cause. Hygiene: Very satisfied. I love their body lotion. I left a message, and they sent two extra bottles the next day. Environment: It's very close to Universal Studios, just a short taxi ride away. There's a mall nearby which is great for browsing, and you can access it directly from the 3rd floor without having to go outside in the sun. Service: I mentioned it was our honeymoon, so they gave us a room on the 10th floor directly facing Universal Studios, sent us desserts, and the towels in the room were folded into swans. They found my comb while tidying the room and immediately called me. I'm very grateful! Universal Beijing Resort Shuttle Service: Didn't use it, but there are three time slots available for a free shuttle. You just need to book in advance with the front desk. Welcome Fruit: Plums, a bit sour, haha. The pool isn't big, but I had a quick swim, and the view is excellent. Overall, it's a hotel I would definitely consider revisiting.

It's very close to the Capital Airport, the room is clean, and the space inside is sufficient! The service is top-notch! The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, especially Ms. Wang Yuandong. She was incredibly kind and helped me resolve an issue, even upgrading my room type. I'm very grateful to her! Thank you!

Stayed here again! Great service and a lovely environment. They even gave me a free room upgrade. The Atour bedding is incredibly comfortable; I'm seriously considering getting a set for my own home. The bathroom amenities are also fantastic – the showerhead has a really soft, dense spray and is surprisingly lightweight to hold. I'd love to have one of those at home too! I grabbed a bunch of snacks from the cleaning aunties in the hallway, and I've gotten quite familiar with the front desk staff here, haha! 🤭

They always tried to help whenever I needed something. When my takeout order didn't come with chopsticks, the staff member went next door to get me two pairs. I'm very grateful for that.

My stay this time was quite satisfactory. The lovely front desk staff were very efficient with both check-in and check-out, and their attitude was gentle and friendly. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft, and they had my preferred low pillows. The soundproofing was excellent, so it was quiet at night. The hot water supply was stable and strong. The location is convenient, not far from the subway station. The value for money is decent. I'll choose this place again next time I visit and will also recommend it to my friends and colleagues.

There are plenty of snacks available downstairs, and the room's soundproofing is decent, so it wasn't particularly noisy. Plus, the bright white lights are a real bonus, making the whole room feel very bright and airy. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful.

I stayed very close to the subway exit, which is right outside the hotel. It only takes five minutes to get to Universal Studios, and the hotel even offers a shuttle service to and from the park, which is super convenient. It was really good, and I plan to stay here again next time I visit.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wanda Jin Beijing Tongzhou was the perfect place for our trip. One thing I really appreciated was how convenient the location is. Wanshengxi Station (Line 7) is nearby, and the direct ride to Universal Resort Station made our Universal Beijing visit incredibly easy without needing any transfers. Breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay. The breads were fresh and delicious, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good the butter was—simple things done right always make a difference! I do hope the hotel will consider adding a few more Western-style breakfast choices in the future, as that would make the experience even better. The hotel itself is elegant, quiet, and comfortable, offering a nice escape after a busy day in the city. And I have to mention the king-size bed—it was so huge that I honestly felt like two king-size beds had somehow merged into one! If you sleep far from your partner, you might need to send them a text message to say good night. 😂 I left with very happy memories and would definitely choose Wanda Jin Beijing Tongzhou again for my next visit.

The free shuttle bus to Universal Studios was a huge convenience, saving us the hassle of navigating the subway. The bus itself was quite clean too. The area around the park was well-maintained, and the trash cans in the rest areas were emptied regularly. It was really nice to find a clean spot to sit down when we got tired, making our visit much more relaxed.

I was genuinely amazed by the value for money; for just 600, it felt like staying in a 1000-level hotel! After booking, the front office manager called me in advance to thoughtfully ask about the children traveling with me. They meticulously planned the route to Universal Studios and provided detailed reminders about all the important travel tips. Upon arrival, the manager personally greeted us, which was incredibly heartwarming. ✨ Service: The front desk ladies were gentle and patient, responding promptly to all requests. Phone calls were answered quickly, making the entire communication process pleasant and hassle-free. The service was full of thoughtful details. ✨ Room & Facilities: The hotel is relatively new, so the hardware is pristine. The high ceilings feel open and not at all cramped, and the overall glass facade is bright and refreshing. The room was spotless and tidily arranged, making for a very comfortable and reassuring stay. ✨ Location: Although it's located outside the Fifth Ring Road and not in the city center, it's only 500 meters from the subway station, making travel to and from Universal Studios very convenient and stress-free for sightseeing. Overall, the stay far exceeded my expectations. This is my top choice for travel, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to families traveling with children~
