My stay this time was quite satisfactory. The lovely front desk staff were very efficient with both check-in and check-out, and their attitude was gentle and friendly. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft, and they had my preferred low pillows. The soundproofing was excellent, so it was quiet at night. The hot water supply was stable and strong. The location is convenient, not far from the subway station. The value for money is decent. I'll choose this place again next time I visit and will also recommend it to my friends and colleagues.

It's very close to the Capital Airport, the room is clean, and the space inside is sufficient! The service is top-notch! The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, especially Ms. Wang Yuandong. Booked this hotel in the Beijing Tong Zhou area during our visit, despite the little problems this was a good location with great customer service. We stayed for 8 nights in two rooms, the rooms were small, neither room had an real outside view (they had faux” windows with views of inside of the hotel corridor). We traveled with our children and the first room we checked in had a strong cigarette smell and the hotel promptly changed the room for us, this was the biggest problem for us as there were lingering secondhand smoke all across the property throughout our stay but this was not due to the hotel's lack of indoor smoking policy, a lot of guests were simply not respecting these restrictions, I would not put this on the hotel. The customer service/front desk was great, the location is convenient and the price was good. The rooms are clean and well kept, overall it's a solid three star hotel and you get what you pay for, we would have no problem booking this location again in the future.

The in-room WiFi was fast and reliable, and the air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly without any noise. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, including both Western and local dishes, all made with fresh ingredients and tasting great. The cleaning staff were always responsive and quick to assist with any requests. Overall, it offers excellent value for money with a quiet and clean environment, and attentive service. It's perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel's front desk is on the 8th floor, while the ground floor seems to be used for exhibitions or wedding banquets. The ground floor itself is quite beautiful, featuring a small Gucci flower house that kids really enjoy. The room is spacious and wide, perfect for families with children, as it doesn't feel cramped. It's also relatively new and very clean, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. From the doorman to the cleaning staff, everyone's service mindset is excellent, and they respond promptly to any requests. Although there's no robot delivery service, the front desk will deliver items, and there are also **lockers. Overall, the layout is well-arranged and aesthetically pleasing, making for a very comfortable experience. From the room, you can see Universal's Harry Potter castle, and directly opposite, you can view most of Universal's facilities. The hotel's 3rd floor connects to Wangfujing Street in Wanli, so dinner options are readily available, and you can also do some shopping. Outside the mall, there's also Tingyun Town, which is worth exploring and has a beautiful exterior. The location is practically superb. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to Universal. If they maintain this level of quality, I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

Check-in and check-out were handled smoothly and efficiently, so we never had to wait in long lines. When we asked about hotel facilities, nearby dining options, or transportation, she was incredibly patient and detailed in her explanations, even offering thoughtful, practical advice. She was proactive in helping us with any issues, never dismissive or evasive. Her meticulous and attentive service truly helped ease our travel fatigue and significantly improved our overall stay. We were extremely satisfied.

This is the most cost-effective hotel I have stayed in Beijing. It is spacious and clean. It is very quiet. It is simply good value for money. There is a snack and a snack on the first floor. It is also very good. Going out and turning right is a pedestrian street. It is very convenient for everything. There is a beef dried in Inner Mongolia that tastes good. Can live in Linhe is basically to go to Universal Studios to play, 3 subway stations are convenient and fast.

Special features: The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from Universal Studios, and complimentary tea is available all day.
