The room was fantastic, and the owner was incredibly welcoming. The cat was adorable too, though I'm a bit sad I didn't get to pet it! I've already recommended this place to my friends. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Universal!

This time, I stayed at a hidden gem of a hotel near Universal Studios! You can see the Universal cityscape and even Harry Potter's castle right from the room 🏰, which my kids absolutely loved – they kept snapping photos themselves. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Wangfujing Bay, with direct access to the mall from the third floor, making dining and shopping incredibly easy! During the peak summer season, compared to the Universal Studios Hotel, this place offers fantastic value for money. The stay experience was top-notch. Our butler was exceptionally thoughtful; since it was my child's birthday, they upgraded our room, sent a cake, decorated for the birthday, and even provided 'Little Prince' toiletries for kids. The hotel is very new, so the room facilities are all fresh and clean. It's also larger than the standard rooms at the Universal Studios Hotel, and the soundproofing is quite good. Ordering takeout was also very convenient! A special thank you to Joanna Jessica from Guest Relations. She communicated very thoughtfully even before our check-in and was always prompt in her replies after we arrived, making our stay even more comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Universal.

The hotel room was spacious and bright with great views. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it had all the essentials, and we even got to try 'jiaoquan' (fried dough rings) and 'douzhi' (fermented mung bean juice). It's not super close to Universal Studios, but the hotel kindly provides a shuttle service. We contacted the hotel in advance, and Manager Zhang Xin at the front desk helped us arrange our room and the shuttle. She also thoughtfully reminded us about Beijing's weather and patiently introduced us to the hotel's surroundings. All in all, it's a hotel with excellent value for money. Both the staff and the rooms are fantastic!

The hotel is close to Universal Studios, and there are shuttle buses to and from the park in the morning and evening, which you can book in advance. There are also restaurants near the hotel with long opening hours, which is very convenient. The hotel butler is very attentive. They contact guests in advance to provide information about the hotel and Universal Studios, and also offer items like clothes for rent. They even help with luggage at check-out, which is very welcoming. The room amenities are mostly complete, including disposable toiletries such as disposable toilet seat covers and disposable bath towels, but there was no face towel. The housekeeping auntie was also very friendly and greeted us warmly.

Stayed here again! Great service and a lovely environment. They even gave me a free room upgrade. The Atour bedding is incredibly comfortable; I'm seriously considering getting a set for my own home. The bathroom amenities are also fantastic – the showerhead has a really soft, dense spray and is surprisingly lightweight to hold. I'd love to have one of those at home too! I grabbed a bunch of snacks from the cleaning aunties in the hallway, and I've gotten quite familiar with the front desk staff here, haha! 🤭

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was easy to use even as a foreign traveler, and I noticed several other international guests staying there as well. The nearest subway station is not too far away, but there are some stairs on the way, which can be a bit inconvenient if you are traveling with a large suitcase. The hotel also had a robot delivery service. I didn’t use it myself, but it was a nice and modern feature. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

My stay this time was quite satisfactory. The lovely front desk staff were very efficient with both check-in and check-out, and their attitude was gentle and friendly. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft, and they had my preferred low pillows. The soundproofing was excellent, so it was quiet at night. The hot water supply was stable and strong. The location is convenient, not far from the subway station. The value for money is decent. I'll choose this place again next time I visit and will also recommend it to my friends and colleagues.

I've stayed here many times, and I'm always very satisfied with the room size and everything else. Housekeeping is prompt, and the service is excellent. Plus, the location is quite convenient, very close to the subway station which offers direct access to many attractions. The location is super convenient, with a direct subway line to Universal Studios that wasn't too crowded. The hotel itself is grand, the rooms are spacious, and the facilities are brand new – definitely a big plus. My kids especially loved the room design and the swimming pool. As a single parent with three kids, it made my trip so much easier and was a truly successful experience. I hear the mall next door is opening soon, so I expect it'll be even better in the future.
